Wonderful customer service

This location gets 5 stars for cleanliness, customer service and security. I liked that there is a full-time live-in security guard in the building. Good access to dollies and carts to unload and move larger items. I never saw any pests, and other clients seemed professional and courteous when passing in the halls. I took off a star because their hours are very limited. They don't open until 8:30 am, and they close at 8pm sharp, and anyone still inside after that gets locked in. That only left me with 1.5 open hours a day outside of my work schedule that I could possibly plan around. Not a lot of flexibility and it caused several complications and tough compromises. But I knew their hours when signing up, so there was no surprise there. The loading bays also have parking bollards blocking access to them, which is a pretty frustrating place to have them. The bay landing is about the same height as a U-Haul deck which would be super convenient except the bollards prevent you from getting close. You've still got to use the ramp on the truck and centre it between the bollards like a bridge. Standard enough, but it just feels like a misuse of space for client convenience and ease of lifting. But I do think their other qualities make them a solid recommendation for a storage unit facility!

Way too over priced... $250 a month for 5x10

I stored quite a few items with Maple Leaf Self Storage (on Wall St) for over 6 years and found them to be professional in all ways. When there was a weather issue with leakage they immediately moved my things into another unit, no problem) and were helpful throughout. I totally recommend them (nice people too)

A weekly visit atleast. Always kind and friendly staff! Excellent kept and clean facility. With coffee and baked goods sometimes available!
