this place has shown nothing but excellent customer service and grace. the staff always go above and beyond and are extremely personable, i’ve never been happier with a storage facility! thank you to the entire team for providing great service all the time :) even when you can tell the employee’s may be having a bad day, it never affects their service and they always show nothing but kindness. i plan to keep using this facility until i eventually move away. very accessible and easy to use. thank you again!

James, the manager, was extremely helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish.
