From our experience, this company seriously lacks basic respect and professionalism when it comes to customer service. The staff were often rude, dismissive, and made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. If being treated with decency matters to you, I would suggest staying away. On top of that, there are some real red flags in how they do business. The way they handle contracts, and their clear ties to sketchy moving companies, raise major concerns. Whether head office is turning a blind eye or just doesn’t care, it’s a big problem. If you’ve had a similar experience, I highly recommend reporting it to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or another watchdog organization. You pay for a service; you deserve respect and security. If you’re still looking for a good storage facility, I suggest checking out Nationwide Storage. They’ve been respectful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The difference is night and day. Maple Leaf Storage, in contrast, doesn’t seem to reflect or respect any kind of cultural diversity. Most of the staff are white, and unfortunately, it really shows in how some customers are treated. Also, before deciding, take a good look at the negative reviews. Many of the overly glowing ones seem off, and don’t match the reality many of us have experienced!!
