Very clean and safe facility. Perfect fit for all our extra storage items

I rent a unit here for my business and I'm extremely happy with everything about this place. I did a lot of research into what storage space to use and this one really stood out above all the others. The rental price increase rules they follow and how that compares to other storage businesses(following residential tenancy act vs. warehouse act), the access hours, the safety protocols, including a resident manager and of course the central location is great, it's easily accessible via transit so my staff are able to meet there seamlessly. The staff are also absolutely amazing humans and make the experience that much more welcoming, they've even taken the time to learn my name and go out of their way to say hi and check in whenever I see them. I highly recommend using this location and business to store your belongings or to use for business use. I'd give them more stars if I could.

The staff at Maple Leaf Self Storage are professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. I needed storage on very short notice during an emergency, and they stepped in without hesitation, even late in the day. They were just as respectful and helpful when it came time to end my lease. The facility is pristine, convenient, and feels very safe. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy storage option.
