Clean, Reliable, and Exceptionally Helpful Service I’ve had a great experience with Maple Leaf Storage. The facility is extremely clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained—everything felt secure and easy to access. A big thank you to Tracy, the Assistant Store Manager, who was especially helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything simple, answered all my questions clearly, and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free storage solution with great customer service.

Clint and Rhonda were extremely professional, both of whom went out of their way to make sure that the process of moving a client out was exceptional. We flew in from Toronto with the sole intention of clearing out a couple of lockers for a client and shipping the 6 skids of contents back to Ontario. They were extremely helpful in providing the necessary information to arrange the endeavour prior to us flying out, and once at Maple Leaf Storage, ensured that carts and pump trucks were available to aid in the process. The facility was clean and bright, all staff were friendly and patient. The transport company was a bit delayed, and Clint made sure all 6 skids were loaded and communicated with us that everything was handled without issue. The process went so well that we had a bit of extra time to enjoy a little bit of Vancouver's best seafood offerings. Clint and Rhonda actually made our job easier - not often one can say that. Would not hesitate to recommend doing business with them in the future.
