I have had my unit since 2014, and prieviously, I was at Maple Leaf Storage at another location. The service is very professional and consistent. There are small periodic rental increases. My rent increased by approximately $40 in 8 years. The price of my unit, which I believe is a 5x10, is still much more affordable than a unit at the next most affordable storage warehouse. I moved a client into another self-storage company and the rate is much higher, and they have made several rental increases only within the past year on top of constantly messaging me that they forgot to add this or that fee and that I’ll have to cancel and resend payment. Maple Leaf Self Storage has never done that, not even at the other location that I was in over a decade ago. My unit was on the second floor, on the second level, accessible with rolling metal stairs like they have in hardware depots. The inside of the unit is plywood up to 6 feet and metal deer fencing for air circulation for the top 4 feet. It is warmer on the second floor compared to the first during the summer... something to keep in mind. My items were safe, and I only checked in a few times during my rental period. If you prefer to keep your items clean I would advise you check in more often to clear out any webs, dust, or signs of rodents (they have systems in place to control this, but I assume some lockers attract these little guys) and store everything in big Husky or Rubbermaid containers. My stuff was quite dusty and webby after 8 years of settling, haha. I would leave it but it is now time to let go of all these things. I highly recommend this brand new and secure storage facilities. The manager (Chris) is a Very helpful person. I ran out of storage and had no place to store my bikes, and a few other things. He gave me a loaner storage for a few days for free. People in the office are very welcoming and informative. Erin And Raymond gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions patiently. Thank you all for helping me during the stressful moments of moving.

This is definitely the most fantastic. self storage service I’ve ever had. It’s super close by to my home at a convenient location with super friendly stuff. Five star is a must!
