I cannot thank Kathy and her team enough for the exemplary service I received. I had to secure a storage space at the last minute for an unplanned move of my university student home to Vancouver. Kathy answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and helped me pick the right size unit given all the arrangements were being made long distance. Kathy met us at the facility the day I arrived in Calgary and gave us as much time as needed to understand the facility and access. She and her colleagues made sure to apply any discount we qualified for to ensure the cost was extremely affordable. The facility is kept spotless and is extremely secure. On the actual day we moved in I realized I needed to eat and went to get change for the snack machine. Given the pandemic they were unable to provide change but offered me something to eat from their own food!! This was way beyond their responsibility and indicates how high their level of customer service is. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reasonably priced, clean, secure and supremely managed storage

Happy with facilities, ease of access, and times to access storage locker. During the check in process, there were some initial confusion on pricing agreement and discounts that should be handled better else the process would have been smooth. Please look to digital signatures for agreements in the future to make it easier to register.
