I have had two storage units in this facility since 2021 and have no complaints. I had checked with Maple Leaf, about also renting a parking spot but at the time there wasn't one available of the size I wanted. I found a spot at another storage and at first it seemed okay, but then the day before the car was to go there they tried to change all of the terms. I live out of the country, and had to regroup at the last minute. I called Maple Leaf and Erin (who I have dealt with before and has always been great) found a spot for me that had just come available, and I got it for a better price, nicer attitude, less hoops to jump through and no trauma. I wasn't there in person to sign the documents so we simply did it by email. I want to commend Erin, Jang and the other employees I have dealt with there for being well-spoken, knowledgeable and competent. Erin has an upbeat personality and she really saved me a ton of trouble and worry over this situation. Highly recommend!
