Tracy and the staff at Maple Leaf storage (on Kootenay) were amazing! So helpful and understanding. Tracy even came to check on me in the storage unit because I had been there so long sorting and organizing. She wanted to make sure I was ok. She even gave me some bottled water! The facility is spotless!! Large and spacious loading area located inside the building which makes loading and unloading so nice. Dollies, carts etc. available for you to use. Washrooms on every floor, music playing throughout the building. We feel safe being there and keeping our belongings there. Would highly recommend this location!
