Over all, fantastic. The steel plating on the ground outside the elevator can make it difficult to get a cart in. You need a running start for bigger loads, which is a pain for items that are difficult to keep balanced. There's also a large moving van parked next to the keypad for the exit gate, which makes it difficult to pull up close enough to the keypad to push the buttons without exiting the vehicle. This should be moved to a different stall, and the stall closest to the keypad reserved for shorter vehicles. Also saw someone bringing in propane tanks at one point, which can be dangerous in an enclosed environment. Not sure what can be done about that.

The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

The staff is the best, always look forward to going in there just to talk to them, I would recommend storing furniture to anyone I know

Friendly helpful staff, very clean in good condition, very secure. Great location but you pay for that, just like everything else in the city.
