Always spotless facility and professions staff.

Would be nice to have a bathroom available inside. The person who helped me move needed to use the washroom badly.

Staff made it easier for me to downsize to a smaller unit which was offering a 1/2 price sale for 3 months.

The office at the Coquitlam branch is very organized and clean. Staff are also very professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with, both on the phone and in person. Great location for easy access back to the highway.
