Great storage facility, helpful staff. They were attentive to every detail and went out of their way to ensure help was provided and security maintained. This is a good location and very clean facility. I would recommend it to anyone needing long or short term storage in the Langley area.

Helpful and friendly staff. Hope they will match hours of service seen on line with hours of service stated on answering machine and any hours of service listed on the office door. Giving 4-5 days grace time when payment is due is great help, along with the reminders

A good location and a friendly staff, but I wished there were available washrooms (always locked) & ...too quick to charge a late fee.

I have been using Maple Leaf Storage at Richmond location for over a year now. I have very positive experience and would like to say a huge thank you for excellent service the staff provided.
