    A good location and a friendly staff, but I wished there were available washrooms (always locked) & ...too quick to charge a late fee.

    I have been using Maple Leaf Storage at Richmond location for over a year now. I have very positive experience and would like to say a huge thank you for excellent service the staff provided. My special thank you to Mr. Henry Ho, who I found very professional and thoughtful, always approachable and helpful. He leads a great team of professionals and many thanks to all the members of his team,Vanessa, Cooper, Lillian. I would strongly recommend everyone to use this location for their storage needs.     Maple Leaf PoCo - so friendly and helpful. Facility is exceptionally well kept and secure and serves as a super convenient one stop shop for everything we needed to properly store our belongings. Thank you!
