Over the phone the customer service team worked out the best arrangement for me personally and then in person at Calgary - Country Hills with Cindy was a blessing. She was so personable and helpful. She clearly explained the entire process, charges, my agreement and even personally showed me how to work the gate as I was having trouble. Being able to use storage saved us lots of time packing and hauling boxes and other assorted smaller items on moving day. It was done at our leisure while moving out and will be the same moving into our new place.

Maple Leaf in Poco has been great all around. Started with professional customer service during account set-up, ongoing support throughout, and easy move-out procedures. Staff are always friendly and prompt to assist. Facility is clean, bright, and secured. I would definitely come back for my future storage needs!
