Great support to help me understand size and space of lockers available when I was moving from Vancouver Island. They send photos, measurements and chatted over the phone so all was clear and set up for my arrival. Once there and moving in All staff were friendly and around to answer questions and explain everything. The elevator closest to my unit was out of order upon my move out days - the staff again was amazing for a new path and the navigation to my unit with the other elevator in the building. Overall great experience and would highly recommend ! Special shout to Mark who helped me get the best deal as I was unclear how many months I would be using the storage locker. Also Mark & the assistant manager who made the move out process smooth ! ~ Best storage place & staff who really care !
