The facility is full of mice. Our unit is on fourth floor and has mice infestation!! Management unwilling to help saying they do their part to leave traps

I wanted to rent a unit here. I've called all the local competitors. I didn't call them because their website was cagey and wouldn't give me pricing without signing up for some marketing. So I didn't. My wife caved and signed up to get pricing. Now they are calling her on the hour. Because of this aggressive approach, we won't be doing business with them.
