Honestly, I've had my stuff stored here for years. When I first got the unit, it was great. Good security, code access, elevators and carts for easy moving. It's been downhill ever since. They kept raising the price every nine months, by 25-50 each time. The staff are friendly, but blissfully ignorant ; they never called me when my unit door was damaged, and when asked about it, they said they were going to call me, I asked when the damage occured and they had no answers. They do not give partial or any sort of refund if you move out of the unit in between paid through dates; (stated it was in the agreement, but I didn't read it anywhere) which I find shady and unprofessional. Using this facility is not recommended, find a different, cheaper and better storage unit place elsewhere.

I’ve been storing here for years and so have multiple companies I’ve worked for, and they’ve always been more than just accommodating. The management is amazing and they’ve gotten me out of a pretty Shystie pickle once or twice when I needed to get in at midnight to say that these guys go above and beyond when it comes to the customer service would be an extreme understatement.
