Not only did I have god damn mice in my unit leaving my things covered in droppings, I organized moving some things out just to arrive to a sign saying the building was closed due to a power outage and the hours where not updated online. Massive waste of time and money, when I notified them about the former I was offered cleaning supplies as if that makes up for it or makes a difference… hugely frustrating and disappointing especially for a service that costs several hundred dollars a month.

I had a great experience renting the storage locker. The facilities have heat and are environmentally controlled. They are kept clean and regularly maintained to keep them pest free. The staff is very helpful, polite and kind. The security is good too. My items were kept in good condition. I would definitely rent another locker from this location when the need arises. It is a very convenient location too. It is great if you have a business and need to store extra product or supplies. Some items are not allowed for safety and health reasons. Also the facilities smell clean.
