This place has a SERIOUS rodent problem. I rented for two years, had no issues up until recently when I check my unit and was met with the most disgusting mess I have ever seen. $150+ a month to have everything I care about absolutely covered in mouse droppings, urine and poison. They also have a moth problem (likely due to the rodents.) The facility offered no compensation for any damages and had me wading through a biohazard to clean a mess that I did not create. They claim this problem “isn’t their fault” because they have a pest control plan - poison traps everywhere which just allows the mice to poop poison out all over your belongings. I followed all of their rules and guidelines and did not store any food in my locker. You could see actual drips of urine down the wall where the mice had peed down from the ceiling. There was so much urine that parts of the cardboard boxes started to dissolve. I found three dead mice in my belongings. I have never seen something so disgusting. They do not care about you as a customer. They absolutely do not provide clean or secure units. Do yourself and your belongings a favour and look somewhere else for storage.

I've had great experience with this business, they kept my stored items safe and their service is wonderful. I especially want to thank Ryan for going above and beyond to solve any issues we had and providing the friendliest, courteous service possible. I would definitely recommend this location for any storage needs you may have.
