    David was my salesman! and Erick helped me with the financing all I can say Is wow!!! At greater Boston motorsports they made My dream come true when no other dealer could, most professional dealership I've ever been to!! I'll definitely be back for my next toy and all my maitence needs!!

    Horrible customer service. Went into the shop to buy a new bike and put a down payment on a mt07 that they said was available and i could have it ready in less than 4 days. I left the shop thinking it would be a simple process. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, I kept calling looking for updates and kept getting the run around. After the 2+ weeks of calling looking for answers they told me they had sold the bike I put a down payment on, to another person. So I was forced to settle for another bike as the new wait time was 6 to 8 weeks. Not Apologetic in the slightest. In total it took about 1 total month to walk in and get a bike. Don't expect a call back or any updates from them. But do expect a 600 freight charge and a 300 dealership fee. Salesman didn't care. GM doesn't care. However financing department was fine as they did have it delivered to me. However the girl that helped me wasn't even from that dealership. You can get a bike anywhere but I will not recommend this shop.

    Took my motorcycle to them for service for years. In general, their service department is fine, didn't seem to overcharge or suggest excessive work. Decided to sell my motorcycle and took it to them. Argued with them for a while about the "value" of the bike. They significantly undervalued it in my opinion. Kelly Blue Book suggested around $3500, they said it wouldn't be sold for more than $1500. Ultimately talked them up on the price by just a little bit and left because I didn't want to deal with it anymore, which was my fault when I knew I was getting ripped off. It is now listed on their website at $3100, so clearly they lied to me about the value; not surprised, but annoyed. I would not suggest selling them your bike unless you want to get ripped off.
