Updated below They were good a couple years ago... but *** Unfortunately their pricing has icreased so bad, they are probably 30% higher then anyone else Not only have they changed thier insurance, so they No longer have your lockers insured, now they charge $15 per month for forced insurace. My 5x5 locker has increased to $211 per month. THis is the LAST MONTH FOR ME. IF YOU ARE A LOYAL CUSTOMER THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR PRICE EVERY 6 MONTHS. There is no one regulating the amount of the increase. No wonder 1/2 the lockers are empty! Do NOT USE!

The place is awesome and the the service is very efficient and friendly. It's like havind our stuff in a rally nice apartment.

Hello there, Very impressed with the speedy and friendly service at this location in Richmond from Henry and another gentleman, who works at the PNE location in Vancouver. They both responded very quickly and process was fast even when I forgot my code. We already have storage through our company at the Maple Leaf location on 2nd Ave in Vancouver and it's super clean and people are very helpful and friendly as well.

From my first phone inquiry right through to my arrival from Manitoba the service was superb! All staff memebers comminicate with enthusiasm and make you feel like family. The facility is immaculately clean and supplies are available to help you with your items. AND...they have the best deals in town!!
