Can’t say enough good things about the service provided by Raymond and Erin from Maple Leaf’s Capilano location. Contacted several storage facilities during the course of my cross country move, and their service stood head and shoulders above the rest. They were very accommodating of some uncertainty to our rental date due to transportation delays and helped a very stressful situation be a little less stressful. The facility is very secure and very clean.

They were clear and helpful. The route to get to my locker was a bit confusing as they got lost at first themselves, but otherwise friendly staff, no issues.

I have really enjoyed my time her at this storage facility. They are the best storagebplace I've been to. There prices are reasonable and they sending a reminder to pay your bill on time jot once but twice. My favorite part of maple leaf is the staff, they are so helpful and really friendly, yet professional. They care about you and your storage unit not just your money. I've had two different units as I downsized and they switch was smooth as butter. I've recommend all my friends to come here and anyone else looking to come here. I promise you won't be disappointed. They communicate throughly through phone and answer their emails right away.so it's never hard to get in touch when you need help. Highly recommend!!
