The facility is clean, secure and run well and efficiently. I have had a locker at the Wall Street location for over a year and am quite happy and the unit and location work well for me. The only 2 criticisms I would note are I wish the facility had either longer access hours (later) or it was accessible 24 hours a day and, like all Maple Leaf Storage facilities, the increase in fees every 6 months will eventually force me to look elsewhere. As for now, the cost is acceptable and the facility and staff are great.

I have been using Richmond location of Maple Leaf storage for over a year now. And I have to admit my experience of using this facility greatly exceeded my expectations. I received ongoing support from the team , experienced and helpful staff , highly qualified and very approachable. Everyone of members of staff I happened to deal with was the best help I could hope to have. Special thank you to the Manager of Richmond Maple Leaf Mr. Hanry Ho, who were utmost helpful and always had answers to my questions. He always offered a helpful hand to me. Many thanks to all the managers and team members Henry, Vanessa , Cooper and Lilly. If I missed someone , my sincere apology. Whenever I came to the storage I appreciated professionalism of the team and their time they kindly had for me always.
