I spoke to several HD dealerships looking for a bike. Dave B from Rocky Top responded to my online questions, and I had a lot of them. He was patient and informative. I lived over 2 hours away so I couldn't just run over there. He was even able to work parts of a deal through text messages, even considering my trade in with detailed photos sent. Rocky Top gave me the most for my trade in and crafted a deal with the least down and payments lower than other HD dealerships. When I arrived to make the purchase of my 2014 Heritage Classis they were very welcoming, set up my test ride and Penni and Kim made financing easy. Had a bad wheel bearing on my front wheel. We were on vacation and the service team got me in and on the road in no time.
