Easy rental/returns...received a Harley electra glide ultra rental from Rocky top Harley-Davidson as a wedding present from our daughter on 10/22/ 19. The staff at Rocky Top went above and beyond to make our first Harley ride an outstanding experience. On the morning of our rental (and wedding day) it was cold and rainy so we decided we would pick up bike after ceremony instead of before so my hubby didn't get soaked on the way to chapel in his tux. When he didn't show at 10 am to pick up bike Harley called my husband to see if the reason was because it was raining my hubby explained this was our wedding day and that we didn't want to get wet in our wedding attire the guy at Rocky Top asked if we wanted to change our rental for the next day which we did and it was a beautiful day so we got to enjoy the bike for the entire day. Can't thank the guys at Rocky Top enough for the great service! We had a fabulous ride... Sincerely, John & April Harlow
