Great Experience from when we walked up to when we left. Tom greeted us & instantly became a friend not a salesman. We walked in and was browsing the apparel section but everyone we come in eye contact with genuinely welcomed us in. I showed my husband a bike and Jacob kindly asked if we had any questions so a conversation was started. Ryan and Dave were both introduced to us and brought into the conversation. Not salesy at all. Then we discussed numbers with Kim. It was so smooth and such a great experience “even though we only went in for a tshirt” We left with a 2026 HD SG Limited, t-shirts and hats of course and several new friends. Funny thing, Justin started talking to a friend that was with us and well, needless to say he brought a new bike back to OHIO also . Next trip we will be riding with a few of our new friends from Rocky Top HD team…Top Rated, Professional, Courteous and Amazing to work with.
