Our experience was top notch! Our salesman Justin was great. He wasn't pushy, it was like talking to a friend. Penni who handled finance was thorough and very efficient. The whole process was very easy. If we were in the market again for another motorcycle, we would definitely go back to them.

O.K i wasn't going to do this but after spending 5 hours in a tractor trailer wreck on 140 in the gorge trying to make it home from County Roads Harley Davidson to my home in North Carolina. After buying my WHITE STREET GLIDE...From Austin @ Country Roads Harley Davidson Austin is a fantastic sales representative. He Austin did an outstanding job getting me the bike I wanted. Now my history. I bought my 2017 LOWRIDER S From Casey at Thunderhead Harley. Was super easy. IN AND OUT. about 18 months ago. No problem. Then 7 months ago I bought my 2024 LOWRIDER St From Bridget at Rockey Top Harley. Super easy. Now I wanted a Whlte STREET GLIDE. I drove to Merryville. Smokey mountain Harley. They had one. I called Bridget at Rockey top to let her know I found one. She said wate on buying they were get two in two weeks and can do better on the price. Return customer. So I wanted and didn't here anything. I have all the texts to prove so. Well time went by and Bridget left so I found another one at County Roads Harley. But that's 4 to 5 hours away. So I called Rockey Top to see if they can get the bike so I don't have to drive so far. Well it became an issue. I would have did the $500 deposit to save a whole day of driving and to top it off after multiple calls I said I will drive the distance. Because they never returned my call. I became a nobody. Very said..it took me over 12 hours round trip.at 2 pm on I 40 a tractor trailer pased me going 70 Mph Wednesday July 1st it's on Facebook as I was stuck in stopped traffic and took out a dozen cars. Horrible experience. It was 95 degrees out. And no where to go.. I was stuck in place.. all I could think of was if Rockey Top did the right thing i wouldn't have ben in that mess. Stuck in I40 so long people were running out of gas over heating and it was terrible. The tractor trailer stopped after running into the back of another tractor trailer. So you can imagine the mess. Well I have my white Street Glide and added it to my collection. Now I have 8 harley davidson. PATRICK LEBRUN. American Veteran 82nd Airborne. NEW YORK FIREMEN 48 YEARS. yes 48 years.
