My husband and I were completely ignored from the time we walked in until the time we left. We always come to Rocky Top when we stay in the area. My husband was interested in looking at a new Street Glide but for some reason not one of the 15 workers there were interested in seeing if we needed any help. We even walked over to the parts area and luggage/helmet area and was given the same treatment. We've been to plenty of Harley Dealerships and never have we been treated this way. The service over at J and P Cycles was 100 percent better.
