I cant say enough Good things about the service department. Got to Pidgin Forge and my Motorcycle wouldn't start. figured out later the anti theft system drained the battery while in the trailer. they let me borrow a jumper for the bike and even helped me figure out how to use it to get the bike started. I purchased one just in case it happens again. Love these guys and the service department rocks!

Small dealership with a few bikes and swag. Standard HD overall. Nothing negative about the place but i wouldn't go out of my way to make it back. Didn't love the tshirts, wasn't buying a new bike, and the first guy/employee we encountered was less than enthusiastic. I easily prefer Hill Billy HD to this place although I heard they are sister stores. For swag HillBilly HD was better.

Great hd dealer. Had to bring my bike in for service during a trip because my inner shifter pawl broke on me. I had to sign a piece of paper stating I agreed to pay a diagnostic fee but when they called me to let me know I could pick it up. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it because they did not have the part and it would take a week to get but they did not charge me anything for diagnosing the problem and their diagnosis was correct

Nice store but overpriced because of being in a high tourist area. Every other harley store we stop at to get shirts they are between $20-$25, here they start at $40.
