Great customer service! Chandler was awesome to work with and Penni on the finance side was awesome! Everyone we encountered at Rocky Top Harley had a smile and was welcoming! So happy to be a part of the Harley family!

I absolutely love Harley Davidson and I absolutely love riding my old sportster what I don’t love is when a man is downright rude and hateful to you and acts like you’re an ignorant female, when I know very much what I’m talking about. John in the parts department needs a new job or he needs to learn customer service and how to speak to someone, regardless of whether they are a woman or a man!
