My husband and I came in a few days ago to get shirts and a few parts for our bike and we decided to look at the new bikes just for fun…we did find one we really did like and wanted more information on. Unfortunately we were “blessed” to be able to speak with John…not only did he have no idea what he was talking about, when I asked a question he wouldn’t respond to me. HE WOULD ONLY ANSWER MY HUSBAND! Mind you I ride and this was a bike for BOTH of us to enjoy, but he was very rude and overall terrible to deal with. If you end up at rocky top, speak to ANYONE other than him!!! Everyone else was SUPER helpful and absolutely wonderful to deal with. I love this dealership and have never had a bad experience until we met him.
