Will never deal with them again. We were in town for the weekend staying an hr away. Was wanting to spend a full day riding. Because of the rain, we didn't get their until 1115. I wanted 2 new tires. We checked in, they had everything needed in stock, and said someone will start on it right away, that it would be ready by 2. So we walked around Pigeon Forge stopped by Iron Boar...came back at 2...waited 15 min to speak to the service people...they said hey, we have a guy starting on it right now...come back in 2.5 hours...I was pissed...so I debated cause I really wanted the tires, but if I waited we couldnt have rode at all....so I told them to just get my bike down so I could leave...I walked around back to pick it up, and Holy hell...it was sitting in the same spot I parked it in...when they said they just started on it, that was also a lie...we left so pissed off. Will make sure everyone knows how we were treated.

I tested a Klock Werks 10 flare windshield on my 25 Street Glide here. They installed a demo on my bike, then installed the windshield I purchased after the test ride. They even replaced my spring washer on one of my passenger pegs while they installed my windshield. The sales and service team were friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend this shop.
