Exceptional service from office staff in clearing out our large locker and downsizing to a small locker. It was a hot day and we had been there for awhile and the manager checked on us twice as well as brought nice cold water to refresh ourselves. We have had a locker for a long time with this company. I had accidentally signed up online for a storage unit at the Maple Leaf Fawcett location and went in on my moving day to see if I could switch my "contract" to their Coast Meridian Rd location.... the staff at both locations were excellent! They went above and beyond to get my fees refunded back and called ahead to let Coast location know I was coming. Once there, the staff member walked me out to an available unit and on the way explained that it is on the back of a building, so less sun will hit that metal door, which can better protect my items that could be temperature sensitive. I left within 30 minutes of arriving with a lock on my new unit, ready for my moving company to arrive and off load my storage items. Very easy and much appreciated!

Got a unit here today - everything was very straightforward and explained really well by Karena at the front desk! She walked me through everything and made sure everything was clear with the contract. The location is great and the units are very well maintained!
