This facility is very well kept, clean and very well managed. Clint and his team are always friendly and helpful, available and responsive. The loading bay and doors are an exceptionally excellent functioning piece of this facility making it efficient, loading, unloading always, despite busy days. The recent facility open hours increase has been a godsend. Pallet Jacks and carts are always available, and deliveries can be made directly to my locker and I don’t even have to be there. This is excellent. I have been a tenant at this facility for over 26 years, watched the facility and management adjustment and grow to meet the needs. It’s awesome.

I have been a tenant since 2016 and CLINT and his team at Maple Leaf Storage are totally excellent. I run my whole business out of this space and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! The bathrooms are spotless. It is so safe. The common areas are kept super clean by the other tenants. Everyone is so respectful. The proximity to my home is super KEY!! I love this place.
