Even when trying to make things right, they were still difficult. Didn't actually fix anything and my vehicle drives worse than ever. Quoted double of what another place will charge for same repair. They say they care but they dont. Begged me to come back and still dropped the ball. Why would I ever again? Dont buy, and dont get maintenance done by these clown babies.

I love Lee Credit Express , got my last 2 vehicles through them, and they've always done right by me. Sadly this wasn't a great experience. I was originally told the repair would take a bit more than a hour but when I got the call for scheduling they said 2 and a half hours... so an extra hour isn't bad, id still have plenty of time to get my other stuff done. The morning of my appointment I was scheduled for 8am....i was on time and I gave them my vehicle and I went and sat down to wait. Around 11:15 i went to ask about my vehicle and apparently they had broken some stuff while fixing it....it would be a bit longer til it was fixed. Smh Finally I got my vehicle back at 130pm. They said everything was fine and I shouldn't have any problems now lol Needless to say im unimpressed. What began as 1.5 hours turned into 5.5 hours and 1 of the things they were supposed to be doing was recharging my ac because it was barely pushing out any cold air and I use my ac ALOT during the summer months....tried it out today 5/15 and it still barely pushes out cold air....im better off with all the windows down Sadly id rather go without it than sit in there waiting area again waiting for however long it'll take them to fix it again Great place to buy a vehicle from but not exactly where you want it fixed from
