First time experience. Went to the Westbrook dealership and looked at vehicles. Waited a bit for a salesman but the cars lot and the sales office is separated so no one noticed us we had no idea what door to use. Then a man named Adam, turned out to be Adam Lee the owner, stopped an took the time to greet us and summoned a salesman. Pretty good so far. Then the experience just fell apart. The salesman acted as if we were pulling him away from something. Very little knowledge of the vehicles, just kinda agreed with me on anything I said....I even made up a feature and he agreed it was a good option on the vehicle....sigh...OK I can forgive a car salesman for not being interested in the product details.....but I Then asked about inventory and he did not know what he had to sell...I found 3 more vehicles on the lot, after he told me what I was looking at was all there was. Very short, impatient etc. He went in back in the store to find something and sent another salesman out. Poor guy knew even less, but was friendlier and less inclined to see us as an inconvenience but really wasn't into selling cars. I came off with a feeling that the staff overall is demoralized and kinda going through the motions. Aside from Adam, everyone just seemed to be in a "whatever, buy one or don't, I could care less, " We were ready to buy that night, had the cash down payment in the envelope but never even got into that part....see what mean?, no interest in selling. So be it. I am a long time customer of Rowe (I bought all 9 company trucks from them) and Bodwell....I guess I should not have strayed. As it goes, we did buy from bodwell the very next day.

Josh has always taken care of my Jeep and addressed my concerns. They’ve never turned me away and have made sure that I’m fully satisfied with the repairs.

Tylor was great. The whole process was low/no pressure and we were able to take the vehicle we were most interested in on multiple test drives. Highly recommend Lee Auto Mall.

Bought a new family car with these guys today good people and kid friendly.. straight up had the patience with me and my two youngest .1 and 4 wow very nice guys one of them I think the owner not sure my son went under a desk and he got down on his knees to play lol.. also want to give a shout out to the guys that we're in the shop down below it was kind of a rush thing because I was trying to surprise my wife while she was at an appointment thanks to everyone..
