It'd be nice if a car lot actually had cars for sale...they seemed to be more focused on whatever they're doing with that front building then helping customers. No inventory!

Hello Jon, thank you for your feedback. Sadly, we like every other dealer in the nation are dealing with low inventory due to worldwide shortages. We do receive new vehicles fairly regularly and they quickly. We encourage you to check our website regularly and give us a call or stop in if you see one that interests you.

They are A+ when selling you the car, but once you own it if you have any issues, beware. Despite buying the extended servicing plan and warranty, my 1 year old Jeep is having serious issues and all they can say is "sorry, we can't see you for 3 weeks and we can't give you a loaner car". Because not having a car for 3 weeks is reasonable for someone who needs it for work i guess. Once they have sold you the car you aren't a priority as a customer.

Just stopped in to see what trucks were available and was met with the rudest salesman ever. Not a friendly experience like ads portray. Shopping elsewhere!!

Lee Auto, Mike Burgess, and Mr. Standish, were quick with emails and organized the delivery of a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from "up North" Maine to be delivered down to Westbrook, Maine, for me. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, 1/16/22, to look at and test drive the Subaru. Monday, 1/16/22, was a messy icy snowy day! Mike Burgess emailed me to introduce himself and confirm my appointment. Great way to make a customer connection! When I arrived I saw the Subaru Crosstrek! It was clean and in fabulous condition! Impressive! I am beyond happy with my purchase and the customer service I received at Lee Auto. I highly recommend them!
