Grateful Shout Out to Stephanie Waddell in Westbrook Service Department whom I worked with to get a replacement roof on my 2016 Jeep Renegade. In all my years working with auto service writers, Stephanie has been the best experience yet. She is transparent, and goes above and beyond to make a customer experience a positive one.
