i bought my first truck here, and it was a fine experience. Abel helped me and while he didn’t know the answers to some of the questions i had, he was very knowledgeable and asked his boss for answers. one thing that was a little concerning was the amount of credit inquiries they did on my credit to get the best rate. they added 5 inquiries and when I asked the limit of inquiries, Abel said 24 was the limit of how many inquiries they would do. I wish i had known that beforehand, otherwise I would have asked them to not do that, but it’s not the worst thing to have happen. I’m not sure what my alternative plan was, but I did need financing so that was fine. it was a surprise when i opened up my CreditKarma app and could see the 5 new inquiries in real time.

We appreciate all the workers that helped us out at the Lee Toyota car dealership. Abel did a great job in helping us figure out the situation on the car. He stay in contact, kept us updated, had patience, and always tried to give us the best recommendations for us. Up his pay a bit more he will definitely help the company grow. The engine of my 2025 Highlander was overheating. Lee Toyota was able to service my car almost immediately to find that the fan wasn't properly plugged in. Grateful for their quick service and resolving my issue.

While it was an expensive fix and I always question it I must admit the job was done sooner than anticipated and the car rides great again. Having the shuttle available is very helpful!

The experience was very good, our sales associate, Julie, was terrific. She answered all our questions, did not pressure us, and had exactly the car we wanted. The finance department was easy to work with as well. We would definitely recommend Lee, and Julie in particular!

Poor service and very poor customer service. Went in for an oil change and got my new truck that I’ve had for a year back with scratches all over my side door and the passenger side. Spent all day there for them to fix it. Which in the end they couldn’t. So came back the following week for round 2. They had my truck all day and told me it looked great. When I came to pick it up not only did they not fix the scratches on my door but they had scratches up my tail gate end of my truck. When I pointed it out they told me I had made those scratches from a bush or something, they had not done that. It looked like they swiped it with a brush or something no bush is going to make 4 perfectly even scratches the length of my forearm. My truck has sensors all around it so if I get too close to any object it will beep at me. This made no sense to me at all and I felt like I was being jerked around. They said they would take it for round 3 now to fix the scratches on the door but not on the back end. When I asked to speak to the boss. I was less then 5 minutes before he kicked me out of his office and told me I needed to speak to his boss now. I wasn’t rude I didn’t shout but I did have tone. Clearly he didn’t like. These people are unprofessional and have no idea how to fix or even handle an unhappy customer which I have been with these people for over ten years now. But the way this has all been handled has been a joke and now I can see why people feel scammed here and now I’m one who will never be doing business with these people again. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

I had a great experience. I have an older Sienna with an electric door that failed. The door wouldn’t open so they couldn’t give an accurate estimate. Rather than replace all of the parts that were potentially bad they tested everything and the door repair was less than half of the estimate. The driver was great dropping me off and picking me up the next day.

Bought a Toyota bZ here. They gave me a pickup time and I arrived 20 minutes late. And then I proceeded to wait two and a half hours for them to do whatever the hell they were doing in there to actually get the car. Also my remote start feature doesn't work and when I tried contacting them they just stopped replying. I guess once they sell you the car they stop caring.

I drive from Portland to Topsham for service at the Lee dealership there because the service is excellent; customer service feels like a high priority; the comfortable, spacious, waiting area, with free coffee and snacks, is clean, quiet, WiFi-equipped and inviting; the service reps are helpful, efficient, professional (well-trained); and, the environment is unusually customer-friendly and consistently pleasant. The good quality makes a difference.
