    I drive from Portland to Topsham for service at the Lee dealership there because the service is excellent; customer service feels like a high priority; the comfortable, spacious, waiting area, with free coffee and snacks, is clean, quiet, WiFi-equipped and inviting; the service reps are helpful, efficient, professional (well-trained); and, the environment is unusually customer-friendly and consistently pleasant. The good quality makes a difference.

    When the service technician at Lee Auto in Topsham called and informed me that my 20 year old Toyota Tundra with 290,000 miles would need a new transmission, I reluctantly knew it was time for a new truck. I called General Manager Tom Santospago and he set me up with a loaner and introduced me to his Sales manager. Mike, patiently helped me narrow down my options and then Sales Rep Scott spent the better part of the afternoon explaining the pros and cons of the different vehicles we test drove. After deciding on another Tundra, I was introduced to Nic who provided me with multiple cash and finance options. Everyone mentioned, as well as the young lady who helped set up the loaner, were patient, knowledgable, and personable making me feel confident and comfortable with all my decisions. If there was a 6 star, the management and the “Team” at Lee Toyota in Topsham would deserve it. Len

    Loan officers made it clear they were selling significantly over the VIN evaluation price. I asked why was it marked up by $2800 and they said outright because they overpaid for it. Someone else can eat Lee's mistake, NOT my Grandparents... Five stars because I'm still merciful even after they claimed we "wasted their time." Don't walk, RUN! ❤️

    Have purchase a few cars from Lee Topsham Toyota and all have gone smoothly- one recommendation- a more clear way to review the maintenance warranty programs - very confusing and would like specific black and white on paper- terms/dates/ services covered would be very helpful

    I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota and that Lee was the only dealership I wanted to buy from because of your outstanding reputation. I was not disappointed. Scott Lane and Nic Black listened and understood my needs with respect to the type of car I was looking for and my financial considerations. I felt totally comfortable and never pressured. I also had a service experience with my old car last fall which gave me great confidence that I would be pleased with the service I'll receive with my new car. All around, Lee was a pleasure to do business with.

    I asked them to leave car unlocked with key in it for the second time in a row when I've had Servicing under my purchased plan but the locked my car and I had to go in and get my keys and they could have cared less when I said something about it. No empathy, just blank stares. If I had to pay I would understand and if they don't do that, hey, tell me when I make the request over the phone as well as in person when I drop off my car. Sad to submit feedback about my dissatisfaction but maybe it will be acknowledged by someone who cares.

    Both times that I brought my car here, I've had a good experience. They made recommendations and backed it up with images/video of my vehicle. They were friendly and even brought my 3 yr old coloring sheets and toys while we waited.
