I had an appointment for recall work at Lee Toyota Topsham. I was able to pull right into the garage and was almost immediately greeted by an associate. They checked me in and showed me to the car loaner desk. My recall work covered a loaner so I was quickly given a nice, new car for the day. I received text updates on the status of my truck. Once complete, I returned the loaner, very quick and easy, they brought my vehicle to me and I was gone. No cost at all, seamless and everyone was super friendly.

My issue is a $30/mo lease increase when we came in to pick up the new Sienna, lease rate was previously negotiated at $450/mo with Dylan, yet was increased by the $30 at last minute, I want to sit with someone to see the numbers that support the price increase. I will be available to come in on Thursday the 12th. The increase was never explained ?

Dropped my 4Runner off early for routine maintenance which was completed before it was even time for my appointment. They also repaired a severed line that carry’s the windshield washer fluid to the back window. Overall very happy with my experience and will be returning there for future maintenance.

Pay attention to the alignment of the dealer decal on a vehicles. Mine was at rotated 15 degrees and looks terrible. It’s a small detail and complaint, but super easy to get right and fix. If you can’t take the time to get that right how do you expect me to trust you with the rest of the vehicle?

I was very pleased with all the people at Lee Toyota in Topsham. Curtis Dekker helped me work through what I was actually looking for in a vehicle, then Lee Toyota went “above & beyond” to find exactly what I was looking for at another dealer out of state. When the vehicle came, Curtis took plenty of time to go over all the vehicles features and help get it set up for us. The whole process was actually quite straightforward and pleasant. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. We went to two other dealerships and didn’t get the same comfortable feeling. I would recommend Lee to friends and family.

I love my new Tacoma, but have 2 problems. 1. The remote start was working but stopped for both the APP and the clicks of the FOB. 2. Using IPHONE through Bluetooth the radio does not silence and the Volume on the Played text messages is inaudible.

Lee’s sales and service folks have been great so far. Although the car took 6 months to arrive due a recall, they stayed in touch with me and honored the deal that we struck months earlier. After I drove away I noticed an issue with the tires so I turned around and they quickly addressed the problem. I look forward to maintaining a healthy relationship with them.

We had a very good experience at Lee Toyota. Our Sales Consultant, Scott Lane, was outstanding. We were interested in purchasing a RAV4, but there were a variety of new and used models to choose from. Scott listened to and addressed all of our questions and concerns, and he provided the information we needed to make the right choice for our needs and budget. And once we made our selection, Scott took the time to set up, explain, and demonstrate all of the vehicle's important features and options, at the dealership lot and during two test drives. We are very happy with our RAV4, and we give Scott our highest ratings for product knowledge, competence, and customer care.

Steve Vinci has been a delight to work with. We’ve both had yo be patient while a car was en route from Toyota. I was given first refusal on a car that became available. It had a few more bells and whistle than i wanted to pay for. No pressure! I appreciate the professional kind assistance. Thanks.
