    The service department was great. They were efficient and solved the problem. Friendly, great waiting area, and cashier was friendly and efficient, too. I just moved to the area, and am glad this is my new dealership.

    Great experience, I switched to this dealership to have my car serviced because the last dealership was terrible, did not feel like I could trust them, I felt like a number. I will be bringing my car to Lee from now on.

    The Assistant Service Manager texted me directly at end of business. He saw that we hadn't picked up the car yet. That's amazing service and attention to personal details. Every employee can learn from Teddy how to keep customers' needs in first place!

    My car got in promptly. I like getting texts/updates in the waiting room. I appreciate the pleasant, comfortable atmosphere complete with an area for laptop users. It’s clean and comfortable!

    Best experience EVER. Thanks to Adam for letting me drop my 4-Runner off at his house. The personal touch is unmatched. The fact that Adam gave me a ride back to my house while Tom personally changed the oil and rotated my tires is next level. This is what a car buying experience is all about. Thank you Jon , Mike , and Dylan for The personal touch. Lee is for ME!!!

    Clementine is the best salesperson we’ve ever had when buying a new car. She knew everything about the Rav 4. She was very sweet and helpful. We would recommend her to anyone going to Lee Toyota in Topsham.

    Very good experience buying tires. Alignment and balancing seem to be excellent. One issue though is that even though Lee’s claims they wash the vehicles after service, they have missed mine in the last half dozen services. It would be nice but not a dealbreaker.

    What a great buying experience at Lee Toyota of Topsham! The staff were responsive, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. The website allowed us to get into a car to test drive right away, the salesman had similar suggestions and keys at the ready, and the financial folks worked to get us the best financing option, all without any hassle!

    I could not have had a more professional experience while purchasing a car. Every person I met was consistently professional, respectful and patient with me while I asked myriad questions. The Lee team took away any apprehension I had about purchasing directly from a dealership. It was evident they were listening carefully to each of my concerns and questions and responded in a timely and expert manner. The buying process is efficient and streamlined. I left feeling that I could easily return with any question or concern and be treated as if I am still a customer and not just a "sale."

    We recently purchased our Land Cruiser from Lee Toyota in Maine and had an excellent experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. The whole process was efficient and smooth from start to finish-no stress, no surprises. Highly recommend Lee Toyota if you're looking for a great service and a team that really knows their stuff!

    I was not treated well at this institution for my last oil change on my car. No one could give me a straight answer on a service warranty, that I have had on my vehicle since I bought it. I was sent to quite a few different people and no one would/could help me!! I have never had this kind of treatment from this institution before, but it was so bad, they have lost a customer. Not pleased at all. The person that helped me has no Customer service skills whatsoever, very disappointed! I had to select a star, but these guys don’t even deserve 1.

    Lee Toyota saved us! My partner and I had a car reserved at Enterprise who called us 30 minutes before our pickup time to say they had no cars, but Lee Toyota saved the day! They had a nice truck ready for us to rent at a great price! Shout out to Ed and Amber who were delightful. Now we have a story for our friends and family about how great this Toyota dealership is and how much Enterprise sucks haha

    Been doing business with Lee Toyota for a couple decades. They are fair, honest and knowledgeable. Products are excellent. Service is great. Prices are acceptable. They're willing to negotiate and are fair in the process. No complaints.

    Disappointed. Took my 2017 Tacoma for service and inspection. I was told my tie rod ends needed to be replaced because he saw wear and “Toyota has a no tolerance policy.” I know this is not true. Charlie’s in Augusta changed mine in the past and took me into the garage, showed me the gage under my truck and gave me the page out of the service manual showing the tolerances. My technician at Lee was not aware and said he would like to know what they are, so I had them emailed to Lee Toyota a few minutes later. When I got to the Service Department for my paperwork, I was told my truck failed inspection because of the tie rod ends without checking for tolerances. The service man said, it was the “technician’s discretion.” We scheduled an appointment to have my truck tolerances checked, which I was told, “would take 2hrs.” This was not my experience at Charlies, it took 15 minutes. I ordered the parts just in case it does not pass. I think, Lee Toyota lied to me twice for no reason. Toyota does have tolerances for inspecting tie rod ends. If they have been replacing tie rod ends that are still good it is a waste of resources, money and bad for the environment.

    Lee Toyota has been my place for getting the vehicle we want. They have a great sales staff and service staff. Mike, Will, and Curtis are very easy to work with and go out their way to accommodate your schedule to make sure you go home with your vehicle.

    Bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander limited new in April of 22 had 34 miles on it. All service has been done and at 69000 miles the transmission failed. Come to find out it’s not just my vehicle but thousands of highlanders. The dealership knew this was an on going issue because of multiple service bulletins issued by Toyota. Toyota covered the full cost of repair for the 18-19 years, yet they said nothing to us when we purchased this vehicle. Now we’re stuck with a $9703 repair bill that Toyota North America is only going to help with 25%. AGAIN 69000 miles. Lee and Toyota do not stand behind their products. Do your own research before buying don’t trust that Lee has any integrity because they don’t. So update: Lee suggests you buy an “extended warranty” so basically Toyota builds cars to last just outside the manufacturer warranty.
