We bought a Highlander from Lee in June 2024. The car is fantastic - just what we wanted - and fairly priced. We were treated very well by the staff and would recommend Lee Toyota as the place to go if you're in the market for a car!!!

Well first off it took 3hrs to change my oil, rotate 4 tires and patch a tire. Took way too long. Got home to look over my 4Runner and there's a ton of oil all over my underside of my vehicle. My skid plate was an absolute mess. Mechanic left greasy fingerprints all over my hood, door and fender. Forgot to put on one of my aftermarket valve stem covers on one of my tires. I'm sorry but for a dealership this is the worst time I've ever been there. Absolutely unacceptable to not clean up my vehicle after it was serviced. I'd say you need to go over how to service a vehicle better. If this continues to happen I will go elsewhere to continue servicing my vehicle. What a joke.

While visiting from Minnesota we rented a Toyota at the Portland Airport and for the life of us, couldn't figure out how to launch the navigation map. So we stopped in to Lee Toyota for help, and Mr Teddy Boccuzzi was simply fabulous! He enthusiastically showed us what we needed to know, set it up had us on our way in less than 5 minutes! The team at Lee Toyota was sensational! I had a strange sound coming from my car, they took extra time to try and diagnose it, it was a stick stuck way up in the chassis! They didn’t even charge me for that time. Wow. I got an oil change and went on my way!

My visit at Lee Toyota was excellent. Went there for a state inspection which was successful. Also I had then check out my tires that was losing air. They found the problem and immediately and informed me of the problem. Repaired it in about an hour. Shout out to Jasmine who are always on top of things. She's great.

The reason for not having a 5 start review is sales kept trying to sell us vehicles we did not want. We were very specific we were looking for a truck because we need the truck bed. A 4 runner or Rav 4 would not meet our needs, but in their defence they were looking for a vehicle in our price range so we could build up my fiancé's credit and we're uncertain if they would get a trade in within the 30 days additional credit checks would not hurt my credit any further. We are still waiting to pick up our Bran-used vehicle because the shop is pretty packed, I get it, they have appointments they need to meet first but it's been over a week and I still don't have the vehicle in my possession, paid $30k for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD SR5 Off Road and have only test driven it. So I can't give any review on if there was any issues with the vehicle after it was bought and the timeliness of them fixing any issues that may arise. Kyle Thayer the sales representative was super knowledgable of the vehicle and the package it offered. Will Mann the finance representative was very thorough, I've never had a finance rep that actually took the time to go through all the numbers. I would totally recommend them to others. Super friendly staff they all loved my pug, super patient and super helpful.

Unfortunetly I was unhappy about the service provided. When I went to get my car after the service was performed I was surprised to smell gasoline inside my electric car. No idea how it got there was it from the service guy clothing, did they spill something? The service manager was nice however his offers to fix the smell would require to leave my car there for hours. We decided that I will air my car in my garage and see. During the drive home, about 30 min long I had to smell the gasoline, but in the morning luckily the smell went away.
