Not loving their service center; I've visited twice so far. I walk in and usually get ignored (and i have an appointment) by people sitting on computers. I wasted time (3 weeks waiting for the appointment) dropping my car off for an AC repair just for them to keep my car most of the day to tell me their AC diagnostic system is down. When i showed up to ask where the closest place was to get it fixed the technician was like "oh probably right next door at Nissan" and I was like "well, why didn't you all try and squeeze me in there instead of wasting my time?" I wasn't charged anything, but my time is valuable. I bought this vehicle FOR the AC and it hasn't worked since the day I got it.

Incredibly expensive. Work was not done correctly after spending $4000 for an inspection. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Pretty disappointed.

I've been taking my older Toyota Highlander to Lee Toyota in Topsham for service for years. They do great work and treat me like a valued customer. Due to that, I just recently purchased a new Highlander from them and I can say their sales and finance department treated me the same way. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have to say my experience buying a car with you wasn't very good. Clementine was very good, and knowledgable, and my interactions with her were outstanding. I was very disappointed in the financing department. Lots of mishaps with them. I would not recomend purchasing a vehicle with your group, not will i be returning there to buy any future vehicle with you. I felt that your team was dishonest, and misrepresented things.

I personally wouldn't return to buy another vehicle with Lee Toyota. After purchasing a new car last month, I was very disappointed with the finance department.

If you need a car go to any Lee location. These are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I originally scheduled a meeting at Lee Toyota. I'd just got a new job that's a bit further than my last job and I needed a new car that was reliable for the commute. I met with Mike and him and his team did their best to work around my credit. Like many others this year, student loans really tanked my credit score. After Mike and his team exhausted their financial contacts they reached out to Lee Nisson. They sent my information over and Andrew at Lee Nisson was confident he could set something up. I drove over and met with him and his team. I spent half the day there while they worked to find a financer. They were able to set up a really decent deal considering my credit score and they got me into a fairly recent Toyota Avalon. Seriously these guys are the best and they go above and beyond to help you get what you need. I appreciate all the effort that went into this endeavor and I couldn't recommend them enough. Seriously, if you need a car reach out to anyone at Lee. Thanks again guys!

Lee has consistently been professional and worked with us for our car and repair needs. I knew Shep Lee back in the day and it is wonderful to see the standards, compassion, and class he brought to the dealership is still in effect. I have been a Lee Toyota customer since 2012, when I bought my first Prius. Yesterday I drove away in my second Prius, a 2025. I have never liked the car buying experience, but the sales crew at Lee, in Topsham are the best, most friendly group! They are polite, considerate and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured with a hard sales attitude. Shout out to Curtis and Steve! Steve went over and above for me yesterday, when he helped me pry off the rusted Thule racks off my old Prius before I traded it in! That was no easy feat. Thank you Steve! I will always get my cars from Lee Toyota!
