    I had an emergency with my Highlander and we're from out of town, too. I couldn't get an apartment anywhere in Bath, Me. Lee Toyota gave me a Sept service appointment. That's 2 weeks away. I told them if they could just take a look to see if I can continue drive it or not. They were kindly said " bring it it but can't gaurantee". The bottom-line is they were able to squeeze me in and I got it back at end of the day! They were friendly, excellent in service and highly recommend Lee Toyota.

    This was my 10,000 mile check up. I love the location of Lee Tire in Topsham. While waiting there are nice walking paths at Mt Ararat High School if you are so inclined to take a walk. The service took about 1-1/2 hours. They videotaped what they found during inspection. Just a tire rotation and oil change on this service. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I would highly recommend Lee’s.

    One recent evening, I had the unfortunate experience of being very tired from driving much of the day on little sleep as I was driving an EV from MA to ME round trip. Anyway, I had misjudged the range of this new vehicle and the distance I still had to travel. Having heard that Lee had an EV charger, I went there. Since there was no person in sight, I thought they were closed. But upon a closer look, I saw that the lights inside were on. Their EV charger has a sign that says it is time limited to 30 minutes and it's only for Lee's customers. Like I said, there wasn't any motion at all at the dealership and both my vehicle and myself were running on fumes so I walked into the dealership and saw a man sitting behind a desk. I approached him and explained the situation. I requested that he make an an exception to their EV charging rule. I said I had a card (credit card) and he walked me out to the charger. He then said disparagingly that he'd make an exception. Then, he said it could never happen again as if he were scolding a six year old. Since it's been more decades than I'd like to admit since I was six, I was offended and somewhat shocked at his rudeness so I just told him to forget it. I thought I'd rather have the vehicle towed than to let that individual treat me that way. That individual waa trying to kick me as I was down, so to speak. Anyway, needless to say I wouldn't ever have anything to do with that place. How Lee could employ anyone with such poor public relations skills is beyond me.

    Everyone was very kind and helpful. Top notch dealership. The recon was expensive but well done except for the driver’s seat which I’ve cleaned better myself than the pros here. They polished the tires beautifully but left one tire very low on air (new tires). My car was also literally empty of gas .3 gal left where when I brought it in, the fuel light wasn’t even on. Great company but dropped a few details.

    As always, an exceptional experience with Lee Toyota. Especially with Trisha, who has guided us and our family through many, many purchases and leases. Lee’s management team, especially Mike Cosgrove, goes above and beyond to make sure we get the vehicle we want. Service is not an issue here either. We’ve dabbled with other cars like BMWs but always return to Trish. Thanks Lee Toyota.

    Took our 2025 Sienna for the initial 5k service which is basically to rotate the tires. A day before our appt, the tire pressure warning light came on for the driver side front tire. I showed Toyota the warning light when they checked me in for my appt. It’s now 3 days later and the tire pressure warning light is back on (now the driver side rear tire so at least they did the tire rotation). Its an hour drive for us to get to Lee- I’ll be taking the Sienna locally to Sullivan Tire to get the leak fixed.

    My car was serviced at Lee Toyota in Topsham Maine. Highly professional even got a rental car for the day and they had my car done by the afternoon. Wasn’t quite ready for the oil change, but we’ll get that next time highly satisfied thank you LEE TOYOTA TOPSHAM SERVICE.

    Having purchased a Hybrid Toyota Highlander from Lee's dealership about a month ago I have been back two times to help me adjust to all of the new additions to the 2001 Toyota Highlander that served me faithfully for so many years. From my original purchase date to the present time I could not have asked for more helpful, caring, and knowledgeable folks. I highly recommend this dealership if anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

    Very quick and easy service- our car is fairly new so it was a simple check-in. Good communication via text prior and during our appt with reminders and updates. The tech also provided a video of the oil change and check of the tires- a nice touch

    I took my truck in to get the trailer break wiring repaired. They replaced a plug which didn’t fit the problem and charged me almost $300.00. Extremely frustrated with the dealer who is supposed to be the expert.

    Scheduled way out to get appointment. Then they took longer than they said! Instead of resetting the milage to 7000 as I had requested the milage was set to 5000. But very professional.

    My experience was super! Not enough space to share all the good things I have to say about the dealership. I never intended to go there but I stopped in several times and figured at some point I'd put all my research to work and go with Carvana like I've done in the past. However, Virgil, my dedicated sales person, was patient, kind, protective of what I did and did not want, personable, funny, knowledgeable, and so much more. He never got tired of seeing me show up unexpectedly, dropped everything, and genuinely seemed to understand what it was I was trying to accomplish after only owning my 2023 Ford Edge for only 9 months. I hated it! I felt like I was driving a Sherman Army tank and the color was Green! Big Mistake. Well, Virgil took it as a trade-in and gave me a fair price and I literally felt like I was "exchanging" it for my 2022 RAV4XLE with all the bells and whistles! Virgil was with me all the way and knowingly or not tossed in a couple of surprises. We'll, that's it! Lee Toyota has your back!!!
