I’ve brought my Toyota Corolla into Lee’s since I bought it, Not a year has gone by where they haven’t failed me for inspection for tires, Conveniently enough April is when they push a promotion for tires. That’s not even the worst part, Today I was contacted at 1:26 and told that they could get me new tires mounted and balanced on my car, stickered and ready to go for Monday for the low low price of $850 . $850 for tires for a 2018 Corolla. Of course, The service advisor made one attempt to call me before leaving a Voicemail . He then called my wife three times in a row until she answered and told her that he needed an answer right away so that he could start Work.( by 2 at the latest) At the same time, I was already in the process of calling him back and trying to reach anybody that would answer at Toyota. He told her that if he didn’t have an answer by 2 o’clock, then the car would be left untouched, which By all means was fine with me as I would never pay that much for Tires On my Corolla. I left multiple voicemails Instructing them to leave my keys in my glove box as they had for my Camry the day before And not once did I receive any confirmation or callback. Absolute lack of Communication from this dealership is appalling and has left me without my car. Last year when they failed my Corolla for the same thing I was able to bring it into Another shop And get a sticker without a single issue. One time is believable. Two times is questionable, three times is enough.

I paid almost $900 for front break pads and fluid. I’ve literally watched people do this amount of work in 20 minutes and I know break pads are a fairly inexpensive product compared to other car parts. I think it was a total rip off. I guess that is what you get for going to a dealership for an inspection sticker. I wasn’t even going to leave a review but since I was sent multiple messages to do so I thought I would go ahead and tell you what I think. NO STARS doesn’t seem to be an option so I’m clicking 1.

Hope service is better than sales. Low ball trade ended up getting what it trade in book value was after we walked out. Had to order our highlander which is what we where planning to do. Gave us a preliminary interest rate that was really high so financed it our selves for a much lower interest rate. Mitchell was not happy and tried to get us to finance through them very rudely. Highlander showed up and the final paper work was higher than we had been quoted twice good thing we kept all the paper work too. Make sure you keep your eyes on the numbers with them

I recently bought a 2024 Toyota Corolla Hatchback from Lee Toyota in Topsham, and I was blown away by how hard the sales team worked to get me the exact car I wanted, when I wanted it. The sales agent I worked with most directly hovered over a constantly changing online spreadsheet showing which cars with what features were available at which Maine dealers and how quickly each of those vehicles could be delivered to Topsham. When it came to negotiating the details of the purchase, the person I worked with was friendly, professional, willing to go the extra mile to give me what I wanted. And in the weeks since I brought the car home, my own agent and others on the sales team have been more than patient as I've struggled to learn the car's onboard technology, which is light years beyond what my previous 2016 car had. All in all, I am thrilled with my new car--and so glad I bought it from the Lee dealership in Topham!

First Time using Lee Toyota in Topsham as a detailer for my vehicle. The service was top notch, however there was some confusion with the appointment time and location and they struggled for a bit to figure out if I did have an appointment for detailing when I had called twice before to confirm. I brought the vehicle in completely cleaned out and ready and the appointment lasted about 4 hours. To review the detail itself, great job inside but absolutely terrible exterior job. It looked great driving off the lot in the pouring rain but today with the nice weather I was rather disappointed. Sap marks everywhere, no buffing done or wax, all the surface scratches and swirls still there. I’m very particular when it comes to my cars and I know when it’s just a bucket wash. Lee Toyota, great job on the customer service, great job with the prices but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. When discussing the appointment I was told it was a total interior and exterior full package wax and buff and ceramic and that was not received

I waited three months for a special GR vehicle to arrive. I had an appointment made to pickup and purchase the vehicle. It took nearly five hours at the dealership to finalize the sale, because I was a "sure thing" with the sale. Multiple walk-in car buyers were taken care of before me, despite my appointment. The car was also scratched in multiple areas upon pick up. They fixed the major scratches on site. The car is completely covered in hairline scratches and swirls from poor cleaning techniques/materials. I highly regret letting them complete the "pre-purchase" wash. I did not feel special or valued in any way.

Hassle free as I bought out my lease. More added expenses than I anticipated, but all were legit. I felt somewhat pressured to purchase add-on options, but finally decided to go with economy service contract. Very nice staff, but I was there longer than expected (2 hours) for a simple transaction of a lease buy-out.
