I have been a Lee Toyota customer since 2012, when I bought my first Prius. Yesterday I drove away in my second Prius, a 2025. I have never liked the car buying experience, but the sales crew at Lee, in Topsham are the best, most friendly group! They are polite, considerate and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured with a hard sales attitude. Shout out to Curtis and Steve! Steve went over and above for me yesterday, when he helped me pry off the rusted Thule racks off my old Prius before I traded it in! That was no easy feat. Thank you Steve! I will always get my cars from Lee Toyota!

arrived and greeted by gerry, ask what maintenance needed on my 21 tundra. i wanted my tires replaced, aligned, changed the oil, safety inspection and i was informed what time to come back to get my truck. wow all that was done asap my wife is happy for all you do thanks lee toyota, you earned a customer 4 life

I was ruined. Lee suggested put nothing down and lease new tundra with 3000 miles 2 months ago. I have good credit. Instead of 499 a month I pay Double. Instead of 18 grand I pay 36 grand. I should had my lawyer with me. Then suggested to trade for more loss. I traded camry with 55 thousand miles they gave me 13 grand. They stole my money only showed me the lot truck... Evan is a thief

Everything went as planned; my RavIV hybrid was serviced; I was kept informed of progress and even shown a video of why I did need new tires ( which I suspected but had asked them to double check) and tires were aligned and a couple filters were replaced and off I went with a much more solid feeling vehicle

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Lee Toyota. I needed my car inspection and was told it may take an hour if they found any problems. I waited nearly two hours, and they found no issues to deal with.

For the Second Time in less than a year the Service Department has flat out lied to me. First I was told I need to buy a new tonneau cover for my Tacoma for $800 something instead of the $50 dollar seal I was able to purchase in YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT after finding the part number myself online. Then last month I was told that the Factory Installed Wrangler All Terrain Adventure Tires with Kevlar were wore out at less than 29,000 miles. When informed that Goodyear warranties the tires for 60,000 miles I had 2 Service writers, The Service Manager and the Salesman who sold me the truck tell me the Tires are "junk " tires and are only supposed to last 30,000. Goodyear is making good on the tires because they are in fact warrantied for 60,000 miles. I get your service department is short staffed and very busy and I'm very confident I would not be missed if I took my business elsewhere but maybe that's what it will take.

I brought my Prius in to have a headlight repaired. After waiting 3 hours, I was told that it could not be repaired because the bumper cover was detached and it would require a body shop to fix. I chose a Toyota dealership because they have the proper parts to fix this kind of problem. Instead I was scolded for using improper non-OEM parts for a repair. I will not put up with this kind of treatment when I am the one paying for their service. I refuse to do business with Lee Toyota again.

I had a very rewarding experience at Lee in Topsham! My sales agent Amara Joyce was wonderful! She was very attentive to my needs and worked with me to find the new car that fits my lifestyle! I love my new Rogue Platinum! It’s classy and great to drive. I also worked with the Master Mechanic John Cates to discuss what could be done with my older car, he was honest about w he at would be required to fix my older Rogue so it was realistic to purchase a new model.
