I had to change my appointment at the last minute due to a snowstorm which would make driving difficult. They accommodated me quickly and within a day of my original appointment.

Lee Topsham service failed my car inspection saying I needed 5 to 6 k in suspension work..I took my car to 3 other service stations with Ace/ Toyota certified technicians.. My car passed at all 3 other stations. They checked the specific parts, that Lee stated were bad, and found NO issues. I wanted to be sure my car was safe and I now know it is. I would not trust them ever again. Lee is not for me.

Was a recall visit plus a routine service check and everything went as promised time-wise. Sounds simple, but another Toyota dealership in the area can’t seem to ever get that right.

Edit: I just went for an oil change and was charged $190. It took close to 2 hours. I also had the tech take a look at my TPMS which cost $90 of that. On top of this, I was told my oil filter housing was broken, and it was not before I went into the shop, meaning they broke it, and they tried to charge me $67 to have it repaired. Outrageous. I’ll not be bringing my vehicle back to this “stealership”. I purchased a used RAV4 (elsewhere) and brought it here for routine maintenance. I would have initially rated my experience 3 stars when dropping off my vehicle. The Service Manager is definitely the saving grace of the service center. When I picked up my car, he was friendly, upbeat, and efficient. He even helped me schedule another maintenance appointment (for a different part of the vehicle), when the staff member he’d initially directed me to was busy. Other service staff were less friendly, avoided eye contact, and did not seem happy to help. On a side note, I also don’t understand having to pick up the paperwork at the service center, bring it to another section of the facility to pay, then go back to service to get the vehicle and schedule appointments. Why not give the service center staff cashier ability? I feel like customer service is a dying art, but thankfully some folks are putting in the effort to help customers feel taken care of.

Professional staff, delivered just what I asked for, quickly and efficiently. I have been purchasing vehicles from Lee Auto Sales since the mid sixties when Adams dad ran Advanced Auto and have never been disappointed. Class act in all respects.

Clementine showed me the car I was interested in and took time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. I really liked the way she answered my questions as we sat in the front seats investigating all the details that were unfamiliar to me. She also pointed out each option on the car that were listed on the sales sheet as optional add-ons so I could decide which ones I did and didn't want. She was awesome!

Everything went smoothly. We were met at the door & went over what was to be done, service, a recall fix , & inspection. We were given an estimated wait time & received a text saying it was finished within the given time. Can't expect more than that.

I was pleased with all the attention and services given to me, from the minute I walked in the door to inquire about a particular vehicle I saw online. The salesperson, Clementine, was the sweetest person ever I met in my life when buying a car. She went all out of everything, regarding the vehicle and my comfort, and the timing of all things was perfect. She did an excellent demonstration of the vehicle which included many things that were new to me. Couldn't have asked for any better person, and the vehicle has met all my hopes and expectations. I would highly recommend this place of Lee's up in Topsham. They even arranged for an extra feature that I desired on the vehicle, which was completed today, and I will certainly enjoy that too. Lee.made car maintenance easy. They actually understood what I meant by Brake it down in my kind of words.

Brought my 2018 Camry in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 100k mile service. I also asked then to check my brakes as they definitely were worn down with some spirited driving in NH this summer. The team set great expectations for cost and schedule. I dropped the car off so the tech sent me a video via their easy to use web portal showing me that my front brakes definitely needed pads and rotors. I was able to approve the extra work remotely through the web portal after reviewing an updated cost estimate. Super convenient and very professional work and workmanship from Lee Toyota Topsham. Camry is still running strong and I'm eager to see where the next 100k miles takes me!

Pricey but thorough. I have an expensive truck and I hope to have it many years so I feel the work done at Lee is worth the investment.
