Steve Vinci has been a delight to work with. We’ve both had yo be patient while a car was en route from Toyota. I was given first refusal on a car that became available. It had a few more bells and whistle than i wanted to pay for. No pressure! I appreciate the professional kind assistance. Thanks.

Lee Toyota made my buying experience generally easy, despite the fact that I had to wait 8 months for the car I wanted. I received a fair price for my trade-in, and I'm very happy with my new Highlander

Every service appointment at Lee’s Toyota takes less time than predicted, is completed with precision, and explained in words I can understand. I should bake them a cake.

A most pleasant experience. Scott Lane has my vote for yet another "of the year" trophy and Max treated me very well despite the obligatory pile of paper to sign and upsell offers (which came with good advice and no pressure). Thanks to all!

All techs who I encountered were outstanding! From greeting to the end. Inspection tech actually sent me video of my issues and clean out the mouse nest with the dead mouse that in engine compartment as added bonus. New cabin air filter installed I never even told them I was smelling mouse . Greeter made sure I was still on my car care plan that saved me cost 2020 Tundra

Very relaxed, low key, no pressure experience. Curtis was an experienced, thorough and knowledgeable Toyota rep and broker who navigated me through the entire experience. Toyota is a global company with a large array of vehicle inventory. My truck selection went relatively straightforward and I was in and out within four hours. I will call upon Lee and Toyota next time again. *****AAAAA+++++

Topsham location. Service consultant Chris was top notch. All service was done as requested. Better Toyota service experience than their competition by far.

Great service, poor communications! I was told via emails and a phone call to arrive at 6:45 a.m. for service appointment, yet NO ONE was available until after 7:30 a.m. I was also told a shuttle service was available, which they were—AFTER 7:30 a.m. Please edit your online instructions to reflect that drop-offs are welcome—complete the form and insert your keys, etc. Service hours are 7:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. Also, edit the hours described on your door. Only needs to say, Open Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:30. Thank you, Susan Morrison

The purchasing process was great but the dealer sticker was put on by a drunk toddler. Still a good experience but that stuff really bugs me. I would still recommend them overall.

Just a great experience. Evan was amazing and when we met with Will to discuss the financials, he went over everything and explained our options incredibly well. Iv been going to Lee for a couple years and after a poor experience at Charlie’s, the process I went through at Lee just reinforced that they will continue to receive my patronage for years to come!

Service departments at some auto dealers are dishonest. Lee Toyota is not one of those dealers. I also believe that Lee tries to provide good customer service. I am not sure why, perhaps difficulty finding qualified mechanics, but they struggle to achieve that goal. A couple of years ago I had my oil changed at Lee. The tech did not fully tighten the drain plug, and I got oil all over my brand new paver driveway. After a while of back-and-forth, they paid for replacing the stained pavers, but it was a giant hassle and the driveway never looked the same. Recently, I made an appointment to have my brakes redone and snow tires put on for the winter, oil change, etc. I was told it would take a good chunk of the day, and that I should plan to leave the vehicle. Accordingly, I arranged for my wife to pick me up that morning. When I checked in, I was told by the asst. service manager that the work would take two hours. I asked him to verify that he said two hours and he said yes. Since it’s about half an hour from my house to the dealer, I called my wife and told her not to bother and that I would just wait for the work to be done. The two hour estimate turned out to be very wrong. After 3 1/2 hours passed, I inquired and was told it would be another 45 minutes. At the five hour mark, I was quite unhappy, and was told it would be, once again, 45 minutes. At six hours, I was told it would be done at the end of the day, so that I could take a loaner home if I chose to, which I did. The next morning, I drove back to pick up my vehicle. I checked in with the same assistant service manager. I asked if the set of pressure monitors I provided (cost:$450) were in the truck, and he said they were. Before driving away, I checked the truck and could not find them. I asked him again, and it turned out they were still at the mechanic station In the garage. So, it took about 24 hours for my vehicle to be finished instead of two, and for the trouble they deducted $150 from the nearly $2000 bill, but it was a very aggravating experience. I will certainly be trying to find a different place to get my vehicle serviced.

Scott Lane at Lee Toyota in Topsham treated me fairly and was honest, sold me a good value. We do notice a metal vibration when our 2017 Cherokee is at an idol
