We just bought out our lease from Lee of a Toyota Venza. Best car we've ever owned. It's our fourth car with them. They've been great to deal with, straight forward, friendly. I never felt like I was being 'sold,' but just given the info I needed for a decision.

Jake is amazing- he did a great job of fixing the unexpected need for rear brakes. I thought I was going to get the rear brakes cleaned To avoid new ones, but that was not the case.

Was initially given wrong day for my appt. Showed up at given date and time and was informed my appt was not scheduled on that day. I don't know if it was changed without my knowledge or it was just a mistake on the paper either way. When I arrived for my appt. The techs were very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything well and treated me with respect. I am very pleased with the service respect and friendliness of the techs.

I was attempting to buy out my Toyota Tacoma, but the process with Lee Toyota was unnecessarily complicated due to issues between Toyota Financing and my bank. The dealer insisted that all the paperwork had to be done through them in person and that a State inspection was required, even though my bank had successfully handled this process with other dealerships and car brands. At one point, they even went as far as calling my banker a liar, which was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. In the end, I discovered that my bank could have handled most of the work, which would have greatly simplified the process and saved me time and hassle. It was disappointing that this information wasn’t provided upfront. I was specifically asked to leave a review about my bad experience in the hopes that it might lead to changes at the dealership. On a positive note, the technician and finance person I worked with were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and made the in-person experience much better. However, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I hope Lee Toyota improves how they handle buyouts in the future.

I had the most amazing experience this morning at Lee Toyota. After finishing a night shift at the hospital, my car was making concerning noises when turning the steering wheel on the way home. I knew something was wrong but am not a car whiz so I was kind of panicked. I drove to the service department at Toyota without an appointment PRAYING someone would be able to help and thankfully, Chris came to my rescue! He immediately honed in on the culprit- I had no power steering fluid. After the problem was solved, he took the time to test drive the car with me to make sure the issue was resolved (no horrendous rubbing noises). Chris was knowledgeable, kind and really saved my day. Thank you for being so wonderful at your job and thank you Lee Toyota!

I am a traveling nurse getting ready to leave town in a few weeks, when my Toyota app sends an alert that my vehicle needs to be serviced. I call Lee Toyota in Topsham and they are able to get me before I hit the road . Thank you Hannah, you are courteous, kind and professional. I had no confusion as to what to do or where to go. The atmosphere is wonderful, waiting area clean and spacious, wait time minimum. I thank each one of you for a great experience.

We were vacationing at Bailey Island when our engine got quite noisy. We thought it best to have a Toyota dealer diagnose the problem before heading back home. The service advisor was able to squeeze us in 2 days later and replaced our water pump and performed an oil change for us all in the same day. We couldn't be more pleased.

Trisha is a fantastic sales person. She spent hours with me to find just the right fit car for me. Then she worked a miracle and found exactly the less-known color and make I wanted! Our only criticism was waiting for 3 hours to speak with the single financing person, on pick up day (Saturday), to sign the paperwork.

Attempted to car shop here Sat, 7th, 2024, got there bright and early when they opened. The car salesman was nice and did his best to educate us on vehicles. However any of that knowledge was surface level. After talking up their service department that had worked on my car it's entire life he proceeded to offer 1k for my car. I had to insist that he tell someone else to reevaluate the car. Offered 2k. Mind u the same car sells at other dealerships for 10k still, at 130mi. Some larger man, assuming management, kept wondering around me and interrupted his staff multiple times and telling very obvious lies. The cars we drove were dirty. One had been detailed but the back had not been cleaned, there was dog hair in the back and dirt. The other one was actually awful, dirt climbing up the doors out and in. Seems they were trying to push used cars. Shame as I heard good things about their service department, and wanted to look at some new Toyotas, as they only sell their new vehicles $2000 above the MSRP which is pretty tame. Salesman was cool tho, very gamer

After choosing the Lee Toyota Topsham Maine dealership to install a new steering rack on my cherished 2001 Toyota Tacoma at 180K miles, the rack failed inspection after 3 years and only 5,000 miles (the truck is in storage half of each year). The dealership was unable to back up a warrantee that Toyota Parts gives for only 1 year and wants to charge me another $764 to do the replacement that originally cost over $1000. What ever happened to personal, dealership, and corporate responsibility? Certainly not happening here. Very disappointed.
