Did not have good experience, finance guy,Caleb was pushy and kind of rude,there was a clerical error on your part and he had the nerve to ask if I could spare the dollar that I was supposedly short, I really wanted the car but will not recommend topsham lee to anyone, have a great day

Had an appointment for 10:30 a.m. that they said would take an hour and a half to have the rear windshield wiper motor replaced at 12:00 I went up and asked the status they said it was almost done they would just finishing paperwork at 1:00 I went back up asked it again told them I had to leave they told me just a few more minutes at 1:10 they came out and told me they didn't order the right part and hadn't worked on the vehicle they let me sit there for 3 hours while they weren't even working on the vehicle and knew they weren't going to

I went into Lee’s thinking I was finalizing the terms of a deal. Didn’t even have a check on me. Certainly never expected to drive away in a new Camry. Trisha Hunter was super helpful in all ways, even coming in the next day on her day off to give me a tutorial on the car. The only way the experience could have been better is if they’d paid for it!

I was ambivalent, as I followed this vehicle for 3 weeks. I asked is we could meet in Auburn Me, as we are an hour and half away. I also stated I was very interested in the vehicle- could I put a deposit down. Answer, No Bottom line, glad the vehicle I was interested in was still available.

I bought a used 2022 Tesla model S. There were not many available in the area and I was lucky to find this one a short drive away from north shore of Massachusetts. Evan, my sales associate, helped me get approved for a loan and had everything ready for me when I arrived so I could get back home quickly. Communication was great. I had to drop off a rental and he met me at a local car rental location to drop it off and brought me to the dealer a few minutes away. I met with Will in the finance department, who was also great and personable . When my purchase was complete, they arranged for two team members to follow me across state lines to the DMV. I had a great ride with Pete, a proud USA veteran who had worked with Lee Toyota for 20 years or more. He told me he has driven his Corolla for 300,000 miles with little issue! The service at this location is amazing. I can tell the owner knows how to pick great staff. From the sounds of it, he treats them well too. They go above and beyond at all times. My car was sold to them and for some reason didn’t have a privacy parcel in the hatchback trunk that comes with the car. They are currently attempting to locate it from the previous owner or tesla. If they don’t have the ability to get it from them they will attempt to make me whole on their own. I truly can’t say enough about my experience and I would not hesitate to return with my next purchase, even though it’s 2 hours away!

Because of the size of two manuals (vehicle and multimedia) I suggest that there should be additional opportunities to get an understanding of the many technological features my vehicle offers. My suggestion would be that a Lee employee be an exclusive specialist and offer set appointments for various categories of tech topics. While the initial review was as complete as it can be, trying to comprehend everything at once after picking up the vehicle proves to be difficult.

I was nervous to go to get my car serviced until Jake came around and greeted me and said hello I’m Jake your fellow island boy. We locked eyes and At this time I knew I came to the right place being a fellow island boy. Jake made me feel at home especially with that hand shake (soft hands). After he helped me out of the car he hoped in and got that pesky maintenance light out, I hate that thing all my other cars go 20k without an oil change usually it’s just the check engine light that comes on, something about engine oil sludge. He had me grab a seat in the lounge and wait for the service to be done. Seemed like it was about 20 min and I was out of there after a quick sniff of the seat. Thanks Jake for being awesome. Ps I checked the oil level after the service, I pulled the oil filter out and only a little came out not sure if that normal I didn’t see a low and full mark on the filter. I expect to see some red dreads the next. Sincerely your fellow island boy
