    Top notch service for end of lease swap of my corrola for leasing my 2025 rav4 most of the transaction was done over the phone which cut down on the wait times at the dealership. It was a true sign and drive experience thank you Lee Toyota

    Waste of a car rental and my time.. rude guy in service department.. pretty sad when you make an appointment, get several text and email reminders about the oil change on a 2024 tundra, and yet nobody knows why it's there and nothing was done.. how can your system remind me over n over and yet nobody there knew why my truck was there? Complete waste of time and $60 car rental..

    After making an appointment, waiting 2 weeks, received multiple text and emails( reminders) stating and oil change for 2024 3.4 on the 16th and renting a car to drop my truck off for the day, they did absolutely nothing cause didn't know why my truck was there.. nobody even gave a xxxx or tried to help.. place is a joke.. maybe start sending reminders to your own workers

    I received an email from Sirius XM saying my Rav4 came with three free months of Sirius XM. It is not connected in my car and when I reached out to the dealer I bought the car from to follow up I did not hear back from him.

    Went to the dealership to test drive a used car (2019 BMW 330iX), car looked good and was well appointed, however upon driving I noted a few issues and asked the sales person to ride along, they also noted the same issues (wheel shake and vibration, and brake shudder when braking). I asked that those things be addressed and I would come back and drive again. Wanting to make a sale, they then quickly prepared the sales paperwork, which I reluctantly signed on the condition that the issues must be repaired prior to sale. A couple days later they called and said they had to cancel the deal due to the high cost of repairing the vehicle to a salable condition. I was able to notice these issues on a simple secondary road test drive, how could they not have realized there were issues before listing the car for sale? Why was it even offered if it was not mechanically sound. These issues were obviously expensive enough that the dealership didn't want to spend the money to repair the car and make a sale. It makes me wonder if they would have sold the car to an unsuspecting individual if they had not noticed. This experience will make me very careful of purchasing a used car at Lee in the future, which is unfortunate, as we have bought cars there in the past.

    Very responsive and tuned up my car while I waited. These guys are all terrific from sales (Virgil) to service and parts guy (forgot his name). This is Lee Toyota in Topsham. First time I bought a car from them and they were very respectful and patient - did not push and waited until I found what I wanted.

    For those of us who don’t thrill at the prospect of shopping for anything, especially a car, this is as good as it gets. No pressure, very clear pricing, great selection, straightforward and thoughtful sales and finance staff. We’re very happy with our RAV4 and certainly recommend Lee Toyota!

    Today, I received a postcard from Lee Toyota Service Center. The postcard reads: 'Take special care of your Toyota, schedule an appointment today. Toni, at Lee Toyota, we appreciate that you trust us with your xD. Drop by to take advantage of these offers and help us keep your Toyota in top condition!' I trusted Lee with my 2014 Scion xD service on Friday, June 27th, 2025. My xD had brake work, oil change, and the recommended oil pan reseal with a new gasket. So, I was surprised when my car burned down on the side of rt 89 in Vermont on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Right before my car caught on fire, the car's oil light and engine light came on. The 1/4 mile oil streak leading up to the burned out xD might be an indication of a problem with my service on 6/27/2025. No, I don't trust you. The car is gone, please stop sending me service emails and postcards.

    Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful, responsive, and provided all the information I needed. Although I didn't get a vehicle through this dealership due to delivery times (I needed a very specific vehicle sooner), I had a great experience working with the team. Would highly recommend.

    Best experience EVER. Thanks to Adam for letting me drop my 4-Runner off at his house. The personal touch is unmatched. The fact that Adam gave me a ride back to my house while Tom personally changed the oil and rotated my tires is next level. This is what a car buying experience is all about.     Very good experience buying tires. Alignment and balancing seem to be excellent. One issue though is that even though Lee’s claims they wash the vehicles after service, they have missed mine in the last half dozen services. It would be nice but not a dealbreaker.
