Both times that I brought my car here, I've had a good experience. They made recommendations and backed it up with images/video of my vehicle. They were friendly and even brought my 3 yr old coloring sheets and toys while we waited.

My check engine light suddenly came on (not just a routine one), so I drove straight to Lee Toyota honestly not knowing what to expect. Teddy jumped right in and made sure my car was seen right away, which was such a relief. They took care of everything quickly and had me safely back on the road in no time. Really appreciate Teddy and the mechanics for making something stressful feel easy—thank you!

The salesman was friendly enough as all car salesmen should be. The appraiser went out of his way to work with me and give me a fair but still not top dollar price on my trade. The willingness to drive my new vehicle 2 1/2 hours to my house cemented the fact that this dealership is one to buy from and I will definitely work with again. The experience overall was one of the few I can count on one hand where I felt I was treated very fairly by a car dealership.

The dealership was very helpful in procuring the car that I wanted, and kept me updated on its progress from the factory to the dealership.

Really disappointed with the service here. I am continually told inaccurate timing for service on my car and stuck waiting here double the time.

Service was prompt in a spotless setting. My service advisor explained everything to me in detail and addressed my concerns. I felt respected in the process even when one of my concerns was related to my unfamiliarity with my new to me hybrid.

Lee Topsham service failed my car inspection saying I needed 5 to 6 k in suspension work..I took my car to 3 other service stations with Ace/ Toyota certified technicians.. My car passed at all 3 other stations. They checked the specific parts, that Lee stated were bad, and found NO issues. I wanted to be sure my car was safe and I now know it is. I would not trust them ever again. Lee is not for me.

Was a recall visit plus a routine service check and everything went as promised time-wise. Sounds simple, but another Toyota dealership in the area can’t seem to ever get that right.

I purchased a used RAV4 (elsewhere) and brought it here for routine maintenance. I would have initially rated my experience 3 stars when dropping off my vehicle. The Service Manager is definitely the saving grace of the service center. When I picked up my car, he was friendly, upbeat, and efficient. He even helped me schedule another maintenance appointment (for a different part of the vehicle), when the staff member he’d initially directed me to was busy. Other service staff were less friendly, avoided eye contact, and did not seem happy to help. On a side note, I also don’t understand having to pick up the paperwork at the service center, bring it to another section of the facility to pay, then go back to service to get the vehicle and schedule appointments. Why not give the service center staff cashier ability? I feel like customer service is a dying art, but thankfully some folks are putting in the effort to help customers feel taken care of.

Superior service during the purchase of my vehicle, Matt (sales rep & the finance team ) were all very professional and knowledgeable as well as willing to go above and beyond, Lee and Matt are highly recommended as they made the whole process seamless and expedited, but thorough in all regards, can't say enough especially when compared to some of the other "non Toyota" dealers who frankly are a tier below in overall quality, service & ability to want to earn my business

Very disappointing experience. I was told that Lee Toyota will not service a Toyota over 20 years old unless it has prior service history with their dealership. This isn’t a case of asking them to work on a non-Toyota—I was requesting service on a Toyota that I’ve owned since new and taken excellent care of. I prefer to have dealer service if possible for work I’m not able or willing to do myself. I understand that some repairs on older vehicles can be challenging, but I was requesting a very straightforward job—valve cover gaskets. It’s frustrating to hear a dealership pride itself on selling vehicles built to last, yet refuse to support them once they do. I contacted Berlin City Toyota instead and they had no such policy. In my experience, dealers are usually happy to see a well-maintained older vehicle because it reflects the quality of the product. Unfortunately, while Lee Toyota is the closest dealer to me, when the time comes to buy my next Tacoma (which I absolutely will, given how great this one has been), I’ll be purchasing it elsewhere. Update: response from owner claims that it’s 22 years of age when they refuse service. Not what I was told, my truck is late year 05 and last I checked it’s not 2027 yet (you all ran my vin fyi so you knew the age) Also owner claims that they don’t service older vehicles because other shops may have not done things right which they have to fix. That could be the case of any age car that had ever been repaired anywhere but your place. What a nonsense answer!!!! obviously they aren’t responsible for that and I’m quite sure they haven’t been running a charity case operation over there where they just fix up cars that other mechanics screwed up for no cost. I moved here so I didn’t have much of a choice but to go to a new dealer. Finally I didn’t find another “garage” to do the repairs it’s a Toyota dealer in Portland who was more than happy to take my business and told me that they would try to fix anything if possible (Berlin city Toyota) Honestly how many people have a 20 plus year old truck that’s not rusted out that want to pay you almost 200 bucks an hour for a repair?
