I was well taken care of. Waiting area was quite pleasant. The price of my alignment was unexpectedly very reasonable.

So…where to begin? In early July I brought my beloved 2013 Prius into Lees shop because my radio stopped working and I wanted a diagnostic and also - possibly - a fix. I got neither! But I did get a $800 bill for borderline useless and overpriced work. Let’s get into it, shall we? Lee did not call me in July when they had my car. They did send me a text saying the original problem had been attended to - I assumed the radio - and it would cost $78. Great, I naively thought, just a fuse! I then agreed to pay for silly things, a few burnt out bulbs, windshield wipers and a wheel seal. I had an amount of money budgeted for fixing this problem and since the cost to fix the radio was only $78 I could afford the other fixes at the dealer even though WE ALL KNOW the dealer rips you off for service. I should also include, for context, that I was about to move across the country, so efficiency was a consideration here. They had the car, they could fix the issues without me having to take it to a different shop, again, since the radio fix was simple and only cost $78. Fast forward to picking my car up. They did not call me to say the work was complete. They had this car for 5 days and I had to call them to be like…hello? You have my only means of travel in your shop? For an entire work-week? The total for the wheel seal, a Maine State inspection, wipers, blades and radio was $800. Which, I mean, that’s ridiculous but okay. Except good people, you know what they didn’t fix or even diagnose? The radio! The entire reason I brought my car into their shop in the first place! When I pointed this out to them - dismayed - they just about shrugged their shoulders and asked me how I wanted to pay my bill. I asked to speak to their manager. The manager couldn’t explain what happened - holiday weekend, this was the week before 4th of July? - and told me he wouldn’t charge me that day, but would call me the following Tuesday, after the holiday, with some recommendations of places I could take it to for the radio and to work out a discount. Never called. It’s been 4 months and I never ever received a phonecall from that man. I did, however, receive an annoyed phonecall today from Lee very mad at me for never paying my bill. I explained my situation the best I could. The technician that I spoke with went over my bill and took off any unnecessary labor he could find - half an hour of labor to replace two bulbs jumps to mind as an example of what they were charging - and offered me a discount. Still had to pay them $450 for NOT fixing my radio, an inspection, two bulbs, a wheel seal and a new pair of windshield wipers - that already need to be replaced, which I will for $49 and 10 minutes of my own time in the autozone parking lot. As for the radio? Still dead and I haven’t had the time since my aforementioned move and new job to get it fixed. If you car is on fire within a block of Lee Toyota, don’t bother bringing it to them, just let it burn. *I also want to take a moment to clarify that I have so much respect for mechanics. I think it’s a dirty and thankless job. My main argument here is with communication, transparency and follow-up.

I recently purchased a brand new Highlander, which certainly wasn’t an inexpensive buy. At the time, I asked for crossbars to be installed before I picked it up, which was done. A month later, I received a call out of the blue, asking if I could settle my account for the crossbar installation. Evidently, that was a separate charge that wasn’t provided as part of the purchase deal or included within the amount I was asked to pay at the time of purchase. I wasn’t even provided with an invoice for the crossbars in advance or at the time of the request. It really isn’t the amount that irks me, rather, that Toyota seems to have decided after-the-fact to charge me a modest add-on to a hefty purchase.

I had such a great experience with Lee! They found me the exact vehicle I was looking for and even delivered it ahead of schedule. Their whole team is incredibly kind. I was a bit nervous about purchasing my first new vehicle and they made the whole process effortless. They answered every question, were very responsive, and really made the process enjoyable. A HUGE thanks to Scott - it’s easy to see why you’ve been recognized many times over for being a tremendous salesman! Thank you, Lee Toyota!

Last month I picked up my new work car, 2025 Camry. It was sent to the dealership by Wheels, a fleet vehicle company. I made an appointment to pick it up. It had been sitting on the lot for two months so I asked if they could give the outside a wash. That was a NO. I didn’t bring screws to add the plates I was sent by Wheels to the car (I forgot). I asked about UV A/UV B tinting, something I secured permission to have done months ago to be told “we don’t do that.” Well, Lee Toyota, the Ford dealership where I had my previous Wheels vehicle serviced, contacted Wheels, the normal protocol, to make it happen. William, in the business office, was uninterested and ignorant about Wheels. Okay to be ignorant but not okay to dismiss me and provide lousy service. He showed me the invoice that reflected that the dealership gets “only $325 for this courtesy service” as the reason they couldn’t do anything more. I drive at least 2000 miles a month - guess where I’m not getting the vehicle serviced? One good thing, a GREAT thing is Scott, a sales guy who took the vehicle and hosed it down to reduce the thick coat of dust and then removed various stickers that I would presume should have been part of the $325 charge. He also affixed the plates and helped me do a quick set up of the system to my iPhone. KUDOS TO SCOTT!! Woo hoo! He’s a rockstar! ⭐️

I appreciated the shuttle service to and from our home. My only dissatisfaction is that spark plugs and tuneup were not performed as part of our 100,000 maintenance service because, I was told, sufficient spark plugs were unavailable. This seems poor planning since the appointment was scheduled weeks ahead of time.

Our wonderful salesman, Curtis, tried every way he could to connect a second phone/profile to our Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid and was unable to do so. I have tried as well, using instructions and guidance. No luck. This is supposed to be a feature of this car and I am often the one who is driving it even though it is technically my husband's car. I really need to get this done. I have talked with your service department about setting up an appointment and they said to just stop by. I will do my best to carve out the time. Also.....the learning curve for the electronics on this car has been very challenging. We are slowly, but surely, getting through it.

Friendly low key sales experience. Curtis was helpful without being pushy, gave his opinions about cars and options in a style that helped me reach a decision with all the necessary information. The fixed price for used vehicles takes a lot of pressure off and their prices were at or below those found at other dealers. Only downside was the inevitable business manager push for add-ons.
