Rocky Top is the best Harley dealership from location to service. From Dave and Jacob to Penny and Kim, they all treat you like family. We have had the opportunity to come down for several years, we make it a point to stop in everytime to say hi. Between ourselves, family and friends we have bought 5 bikes from here. The staff is amazing and always takes care of you.

Walked in Monday morning to look at bikes. Spent a few mins looking and seen a used one I wanted. Made eye contact with a few people but everyone ignored us. Finally after 10 mins I asked the guy at the counter if they were sister store with Kodak and he said yes. So I told him I'd just go there and deal with them, he said ok have a good day. They lost a sale as I bought a 2022 road glide at thunder head Harley in Kodak. Just felt I was judged by my looks here.

Jenny was the MOST spectacular person to welcome out of towners. We had a ball shopping and learning more about the wonderful store. Tha k you Jenny. My husband had a ball chatting with John, Jenny's husband.
