Huge shout out to Rocky Top HD Service department! The stator went out on our bike day 1 of our week long trip down in the smokies and they were able to get it fixed up in a day so we could have an amazing rest of our trip! Truly thankful for their team

I've been looking to buy a new bike. I've been an Indian guy since the early 2000's. Well I went to indian of Knoxville to check out some new bike and to hopefully test ride a couple inorder to make a decision on which bike I wanted to purchase, how ever they even though talked nice didn't seem to really care if I would purchase one or not. Wouldn't let me see if I felt comfortable riding any of the bikes and basically told me if they were to let me test ride I would need to stick to the same type of bike I have, but that's not what I was looking for. Anyway my wife convinced me to give Harley Davidson another look, and we decided to swing by here. Before I even made it to the door a staff member not only greeted me, but said if you want to ride anything let me know we will make it happen. I test rode two bikes, and I can't believe how much Harley has improved the ride quality since the last time I rode one. I have one more type that I would like to test before I make a final decision but I do believe from the staff and the ride quality at Harley I will be definitely getting one. Thank you guys for giving me a great experience
