    Since purchasing my BMW from Greater Boston Motorsports over this past summer I have been back to them for service and to purchase items from the parts department. All my experience with GBM has always been exceptional. The customer service from their team is customer centered. I just find that their staff goes out of their way to provide any assistance that you may need. When purchasing motorcycle gear , GBM parts department prices are competitive with Revzilla. I prefer seeing items and being able to try them on than purchasing blindly from an online store. Along with supporting a local business. GBM is worth the 90 minute drive from NH for just their service.

    Worked with Brian to purchase my brand new 2023 R18B. I was shopping around looking for a deal, and Brian gave me no hassle what so ever and worked and got me the best price plus they had the trim level I liked. Quick, painless, no BS purchase experience and the bike was delivered to my door. Outstanding service and I would recommend them to anyone! I only wish I lived closer so I could use them for their service department.

    Nightmare of an experience getting my bike serviced. Literally over a month from day of drop off and pick up for a valve adjustment. 0 communication, called me ONCE and it was to tell me a sensor broke. Picked up my bike in a worse condition that it was in, rode home with no speedo, abs light on, bike stalls at every light, frame sliders installed crooked and rubbing on fairings. Frustration is an understatement.
