    This is my first bike and first vehicle purchase on my own. I was nervous because I have heard many dealership horror stories, but all of my fears were gone after visiting GBM. Each step of the way, I was met with an easy-going, no pressure environment, genuine people who didn't hesitate to pick up the phone, answered all of my questions and explained each step of the process thoroughly. I took my bike home a week later (yesterday) and I couldn't have pictured a better outcome. My salesman was CJ and he was extremely helpful, honest, and kind, but you'll come to find that the staff there in general carry the same positive attitude. And of course, I have to credit Dave and Tom for contributing to my awesome experience as well! I highly reccommend Greater Boston Motorsports to anyone that stumbles across this review. Hope this helps, and please enjoy the pictures of my new bike. Seriously, best day of my life when I took her home! Side notes: I recommend checking their website and calling in advance for availability. Another thing to keep in mind, when it came to payment or picking up my bike, I had to schedule appointments. Though it may be inconvenient for some people due to their work/life schedules and availability, I personally liked having appointments, because it allowed GBM employees to attend spefically to me, and answer any questions I had. Also, they are open on Saturdays, which is very helpful, as I am someone that is generally occupied Monday-Friday!

    Hands down worst experience ever. Don't give them a deposit and don't expect them to call back for financing. I had to call every day for a week to find out what was going on. This one isn't in the office that one isn't in the office oh we don't have an answer/ just don't feel your worth checking on with your credit. Allegedly deposit refund processed Thursday maybe I'll see it the following week which is unacceptable I'm trying to get plates inside of a week and that was my funds for it. The money came out instantly of course but they just processed the refund today and when I asked them to last Thursday they had the audacity to tell me lets hold the refund let us help you find something cheaper. Like have y'all lost your touch on reality cause I guarantee I can help you find it Go to bike outfitters financed it easy and at least you won't have to do their job for you then have them ask for your business. I'd like my hourly pay as well. Harrumph

    Love my new-to-me 2018 GSXR-600. Brice Guillaume, John Rice, Ray, and Chris in parts made this a great experience from start to finish. First time buying a bike from a dealership and they took care of me like family. Would absolutely recommend to friends & family and will definitely be doing business here in the future. Thanks guys
