    G.B.M. should stand for, Go Buy Motorcycle some where else. I finally have some time to get on my bike and go. I WORK everyday . Yes late in the season but it is what it is. I live in town and thought I'd keep business local. All I need is an inspection. What could be the big deal? Checked the website, says service is open until 6, no hours posted for inspections, so I'm good to go. Nope. Walked in around 5, old guy with gray hair behind the counter doing nothing, asked what I needed and I told him inspection please. Nope. "we typically only do them until 4:30 or so" well it's so and you don't close until 6. Nope. $20 and 2 minutes of time is all I need to have a great weekend but no. Instead I was basically told G.B.M., Go Beat my Meat! Fine I'll WORK this weekend instead unlike you old man!

      Mike, We are sorry to hear about your experience trying to get your motorcycle inspected. Massachusetts now requires all inspections to be performed by a State Registered Inspector and although we endeavor to offer inspections during business hours we cannot guarantee availability.     I went here for state inspection. They failed me because I had a cracked valve stem and even gave me one to replace mine with. When I came back with the valve stem installed one of my license plate bolts fell off and they gave me two to replace them. Really went above and beyond for me!

    I recently purchased a BMW R 1250 R from Greater Boston Motorsports. My purchasing experience with them was nothing short of great. Brian who was my sales person was able to come through on the offer I had made on the 23 R1250R. The added bonus was BMW's low finance rate. Brian forwarded me a no nonsense purchase order showing my total out the door price. I have to say there was no pressure whatsoever during the entire sales process. When I got to the showroom, my motorcycle was prepped and waiting for me. Brian went through all the features with me on the BMW. Dave in finance took care of all my paperwork rather quickly and confirmed the low finance rate. Lastly, another gentleman form GBM set up the R 1250R and thoroughly went through the entire motorcycle with me. From the controls, settings and features. I have to say, I was very impressed how GBM spent time with me reviewing the BMW R. I have never had any motorcycle dealership go over any of the features or controls of a bike that I purchased. Especially when motorcycles today are technologically advanced. I just like to thank all of the staff at GBM for making the purchasing of a BMW a great experience.

    PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING OR SERVICING A VEHICLE HERE: Unfortunately, after about a year of doing business with greater Boston motor sports, I have to go elsewhere. I bought a new bike from them last year (2023). I was going to try to trade in my last bike, but was lied to about the value of the bike. What's worse is that they were generally quite rude and tried to make me feel stupid about my appraisal of the bike. Luckily, I quickly googled the bike's value and sold it for double what they offered me within two weeks. They also added charges that I didn't want, including a charge to process my paperwork and registration. I refused this service and did it myself and they still charged me. Based on how unpleasant it was to deal with them, I just accepted the charge and moved on (probably a mistake). When I got my new bike from them, after driving it off the lot for the first time the bike wouldn't start and had to be towed back. They were not apologetic in the slightest, rather, I was met with impatience and rudeness. They were going to "give me a lesson on how to start the bike". Of course, when they attempted to show me, it didn't start. I came to pick up the bike again when they said it was fixed, but again, the bike didn't work. I pointed out that my time was valuable and that I would appreciate it if they tested the bike out before calling me in. I also pointed out the total lack of apology for all the problems with this brand new bike. At this point, the head of maintenance called me and was very kind, apologetic, and reasonable. This was very much appreciated and I get the sense that the management is much more responsible than some of the staff. Unfortunately the bike continued to have problems and it wasn't until many months later that it was fixed. Thank God the bike was still under warranty. Returning there recently to have some simple work done, I was once again met with extreme rudeness and condescension. At this point I decided to give up and go somewhere else (I admit I should have done so much sooner). There are some good individuals at GBMS, but unfortunately the bad ones make the experience of working with them a nightmare.

    I brought my 2023 Honda CBR 650r from this dealer! They went far beyond any other dealership that I went to in my tri-state area. Everything was done quickly and properly. This is the dealership I will work with in the future again.
