This is a tough review because the overall experience at GBM was great. The parts department was excellent and all the staff were super friendly. I took my bike in for a front and rear tire replacement and also got an inspection. I didn’t do my standard pre-ride inspection after as it just came out of the shop. When I got the bike home, I noticed one of the pinch bolts was protruding out. On closer inspection, I found that ALL pinch bolts were not tightened. I could turn them with my hand. I ended up doing a full workup on the bike making sure everything else was ok and it was. The fact that the bike went through a tire change and an inspection and this was overlooked was concerning. Again, I really enjoyed visiting the shop and I do think this may have been a one off mistake (things happen) but it’s quite a serious mistake. If you do use them, just make sure you give your bike a standard pre-check before taking it back on the road.

They charged me just short of $700 for safety inspection and to change my tires, brake pads, and oil. Oil change and safety inspection was about $70 and I provided my own tires and the three sets of brake pads. If you have any experience working on motorcycles, you should know basic service shouldn’t cost this much. Drop-off was 10 am and they didn't do anything on my bike until the next day. At pick-up, they told me I need to change my brake fluid. Had they changed my clutch and brake fluid, it would have made the cost less ridiculous. I feel like a fool and I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I've had my motorcycle for 6 years and now my motorcycle is cutting out on me while riding. I'll scrap it before I let anyone else work on it. Update: My bike completely died. No power and battery fully charged and spark plugs are fresh. Had my bike for six years and did all the work myself until this one time.

Came in last minute for a quick inspection, very friendly staff and helpful staff who really love motorcycles. As a short girl, parking on a slant was a huge mistake so thank you to the staff who helped and showing me an easier way to back my bike down a hill. Still nervous about it but practice will help.

Nice place. Nice people. Advertising products that they don't have to lure you in. Makes me sad.
