I do not recommend this dealership. I made an appointment ahead of time, explained my situation and basically told them step by step what I needed and how it had to be handled, basically all needed to know was would the dealer do it or not. They said I needed an appointment so they could give me an accurate answer. I was not looking to trade in I was looking for a buyout. Simple process - appraise and say yes or no- period- well they had me there 2 hrs and nothing- offered a test drive- I said I don’t want to test drive until I’m told if they would buy out or not- well apparently they were backed up so to kill time we test drove- didn’t get 50 bucks for that either- after the test drive - I asked again- can the dealer buy me out or not??Comes back with a paper of a trade in value less then the original quote they had appraised with Kelley before the appointment-well from the start I said NO TRADE- and on top of that the paper had the mileage I had last week when I made the appointment- meaning that they had pre planned that paper yet had me waiting there for 2 hours!!I do not recommend this dealer at all.

I had a terrible experience trying to purchase my vehicle here. My salesperson Denny and his manager Jennifer were fine to work with. I explained that I would be financing with a bank in my home state Wisconsin. I was assured this would be no problem and so I put them in contact with my loan officer. We had everything worked out and I was told to come in and finish up some paperwork. After arriving and signing paperwork the gentleman walking me through the paperwork brought over his manager Thomas. As soon as I assured him I would be sticking with my own bank the whole deal turned for the worse and I was treated extremely rudely. I was told that they were currently showing the car and could not say for sure that they'd be able to sell it to me. It was a "first come first serve basis" and the only way to avoid all of this would be use their financing then and there. This was extremely frustrating as all of the details had already been worked out with Denny and Jennifer, my bank was ready to overnight a check to them AND I had just finished signing paperwork for the vehicle. Thomas told me had to go check if the vehicle was in fact being sold, after being presented this pathetic attempt to encourage me to use their finance I decided I was not interested in doing business with them. 2/5 stars only because Denny and Jennifer were decent. Thomas caused this deal to fall apart and wasted my time. I'll never be back and won't be recommending them. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere with 0 headaches and much more professionalism.
