    I never received my license plates and had to resolve the issue directly with the Texas Department of Transportation to finally get Purple Heart plates. I also completed the necessary paperwork to cancel certain policies and received confirmation that the policies would be canceled, but to date the loan balance has not been credited a refund. To make matters worse, the BM I was working with I think left the company as his email is no longer active, making the process even more frustrating as I can’t get a status on anything. By comparison, I went to CarMax to purchase a vehicle and process was extremely smooth and I received my license plates within about two weeks.

    Terrible experience. I had to get Subaru of America involved to get the dealership to uphold their promises on the accessories they promised in the car buying deal. They waited until I was signing to try and sneak in they weren’t upholding their promises. Finally after sending the wrong part I had to go in to pick up the correct part. The sales manager tried to blame me for not contacting her first… how about don’t promise a customer $360 worth of accessories if you don’t plan on upholding the agreement.Stay away from the tall guy in finance. Lies. High pressure and the actual “salesperson”I never received the $50 gift card promised online. For test driving.Added mystery “add on” to the invoice. I’m reaching out to the FTC to report.I came in with bank financing they ran my credit score around and offered me much higher interest rates.They even had incorrect OTD amounts on the finalized paperwork. My bank called me on thisI sent down payment…they sent it back and then told me I owed them AFTER I took thevehicle home. So I made another payment.My next Subaru will be purchased at ANY other dealership in the state. Nothing but issues with Team Gillman. Hopefully, I never have to deal with them again.Vehicle is nice but nightmare buyer experience. Don’t make my mistake reach out to other dealerships and get the best deal.
