I took my new outback in to get an oil change, rotation, and wash, and walked out to scratches on my hood, that will inevitably turn into rust. They are refusing to take responsibility and pay for the damages. Unethical business practices.

Bought a Subaru from Team Gillman Subaru North. One of the easiest and best buying experiences I've had. Can't say that about most dealerships as buying a car is usually a daunting task of waiting around and getting constantly pushed. Will buy from Team Gillman again!

The service at Gilliman Subura North use to be excellent. The only thing I did not like about it was the long waits. Lately the service has been poor. I tried to set up a appointment two or three times and nothing. I finally got in touch with a service person and they told me that someone would get back with me. This is a day later and I have heard nothing. This is horrible customer service. I will probably take my service needs elsewhere due to the lack of customer service. My name is Michael Angeli.
