    Broke large plastic part under the hood and did not tell me.Told me they were not able to reproduce a problem; however, they also did not follow the steps I outlined for them to reproduce the problem. The steps simply involved turning off the vehicle for 10 minutes and then trying to unlock the doors. Told me they would try again the next day instead.Misdiagnosed a missing fuse as a bad battery. The car was having an electrical issue and the technician never thought to check if the fuse was good (or existed).Told me part of my issue was related to the type of battery I had installed in a car that has auto start stop. I told them my car did not have that feature, but they insisted it did. I later verified that that feature was not offered on the outback until the model year after mine.In summary, they tried to hide damage they did to my car, did not listen to me on the problem the vehicle was brought in for, failed at simple troubleshooting of an electrical issue, and not knowledgeable of Subaru Outbacks.
