It's literally impossible to get your very basic question answered - does my warranty cover control arm bushing tearing?? Josh Valdez didn't even get the initial inquiry from the bot and then when I asked him the question via text in response to him texting me, he ghosted me. First, he tried to just get me to go there. I'm not gonna drive all the way over there for him to tell me it's not covered. So money hungry and unhelpful.

I hadn’t bought a new car in many years and was a bit nervous. Serenity put me right at ease the moment we started texting ahead of my appointment about what I was looking for. It was a great experience working with her and the financing part was a breeze.
