This is our 3 Subaru in 5 years, each one a little better than the last. Our salesman Ahnonny was amazing, he has also been the one for all 3 Outbacks purchased. The dealership employees are always very friendly. Great shopping experience.

The entire process, buying, deciding, and financing, was very smooth and professional. This is my 2nd Subaru, but our family's 10th. I did consider a few other makes/models, but I came back to Subaru for my best vehicle and service.

Standard oil change and tire rotation went well. However, I believe over 1-1/2 hours with an appointment is too long. I also believe the explanation given for estimated driving miles based on amount of gas in the tank was illogical. That feature on the Outback is NOT reliable. How do you drive 45 miles to the dealership, start at 330 estimated miles and upon arrival it showed 370 miles.

Overall I had a good experience. I'm very satisfied with everything. Salesman was very nice understanding and patient.
