I only gave 4 stars because I dislike the frustrating process of negotiating the price of a new car. However, the Gillman folks made it as painless as possible. In the end I got a fair price for my trade-in and a very nice Subaru Crosstrec along with an acceptable monthly payment plan. The service here is second to none. From the salesman on the floor to the guy that went through all the bells and whistles on my new car, Team Gillman took good care of me.

I recommend this dealership completely.Clean location friendly staff, treated exceptionally. The 2 folks that I worked with were very helpful in numerous questions and details.I had 3 separate occasions to interact with their team regarding service and partsWhile I specifically dealt with Mr Jackie (service) and Mr Randy (parts) I did have occasion to engage with other teammates as well, each one was pleasant and very knowledgeableI'm not sure that I have ever felt so welcome and comfortable in any auto dealership as I did @ Gillman Subaru.I will definitely return for my next subaru required service with full confidence and peace that I will be treated very wellKJM
