I wish Ali would’ve been more honest during my experience trading in and purchasing a vehicle here, especially working for Subaru, a brand and company I respect dearly. However, he rushed the process, dismissed a lot of my questions and concerns, lied about what would happen to my trade in, the value, pulling my credit. it was annoying and I just wanted the process over with. Ridiculous they are now trying to sell the vehicle I traded in for more than double of what they offered me. I love the service department here, but sales is a joke. finance also lied and said GAP was “included”. I laughed. I worked here, I know it isn’t included and it is extra. I wish they wouldn’t have lied and were more honest.I feel I left with a horrible deal now and a bad experience with the sales team.

Smooth transaction from start to finish. Worst part was having to drive to North Houston. My salesperson Denny was excellent. Had the car I wanted in stock and gave me a fair trade for my WRX. Will definitely be a long time customer as long as they keep this intact.
