The Team Gillman Subaru North was the best team that helped me buy my dream car.From salesman, Josh. Financial advisor, Angelique, to Auto Services David- I have had the best all around experience. I bought my car back in October and it’s now March and I am living my best and happiest life in my new car thanks to all the people mentioned in this review.The only thing I wish is this location would carry more merch and gear bc I am proud to wear the Subaru brand. Big "Thumbs Up" to Gillman Subaru North! After being very disappointed with the drivers seat prematurely tearing on my 3 yr old Subaru Forester Sport...Gillman came through. They had me get in touch w/Subara Advocacy Dept and after several e-mails and phone calls, they did agree to help w/almost half the cost of the $473 dollar repair to replace the top seat cover part. It was still disappointing that Customer Advocacy Dept hadn't agreed to take care of the full price but we went ahead and ordered the part as the car is still in excellent condition. We went in on a Saturday to pick up the part believing we would have a balance of over a hundred dollars still to pay, Randy in the Parts Dept really came through for us. After our ordeal he took our coupon from Subaru and waived the remainder of the balance. It was a huge blessing and Gillman...that is customer service!!

My appointment was at 2:00, and I was early. Completion of the job was at 4:30. Seeming like a little long for a routine service.
