I have always loved Subaru but never needed much in the way of maintenance, because they used to make quality vehicles. There's a faulty part that I came to Subaru for because I figured they would have competitive maintenance rates, especially considering it was a known flaw in their design. False. They tried to charge me more than double the going price for the maintenance. I told them what the issue was and they charged me $225 for the diagnosis that confirmed what I told them. Then they tried to charge me $30 more dollars on disposable shop items that they couldn't explain. Don't use this place for service without getting quotes from other places first. Everyone at Team Gillman treats me like family. They know my name even just after I met them. Any problems that do arise are always taken care of promptly. After all , I’m the one that came to them with a transportation problem that they solve every time without complaint.
