I was greeted by the person I contacted, then turned over to another person, test drove two models I was interested in, decided on the Forester and they proposed a deal, but was not pleased with it, the sales manger came over and made a great offer, great payment and extra year’s service. The salesman then came back with the paperwork, I was ready to sign, but he told me that they had to check with bank and they would call on Monday. Never heard from them again! Stay away!

Everyone I met was pleasant and knowledgeable. Shanaz was amazing and I have already recommended her to friends. Storm was relaxed, friendly, and expeditious during what is usually a tedious process.Previously, I dreaded going to the dealership. I did not have this experience at Subaru!
