    We had a wonderful experience with Team Gillman Subaru from the moment we got there until we left. Our salesperson "Gilly" was so informative. She knows her suburu's! There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We were on the fence on whether to buy new or certified preowned and Storm the financial manager gave us all the information we needed to make the decision that was right for us. We purchased a preowned 2024 Outback and could not be happier. Thank you everyone at Team Gillman Subaru of Houston. Mike and Connie

    Bought a used truck from them in cash before it completed state inspection because salesman would not take a deposit. Before i could pick up my fully paid for vehicle, they removed the front window tint from my truck without notifying me or replacing it, I assume as part of inspection. They also put a team gillman sticker on the tailgate, which I am unable to remove.

    Sadly, I assumed many of the features I was told about on my Subaru were part of the basic package (like they were on my Nissan). Apparently these feature are monthly subscription add ons. I need to buy a monthly plan called Starlink in order to use the remote start feature, which is funny considering their Starlink app was phased out. Same with the navigation system! In order to do something as simple as update a map, I need to pay for yet another monthly subscription. I've had this car for less than 2 weeks and am seriously considering driving it back onto their lot and asking for my money back.
