    *ME & MY SON IS NOW HOMELESS & I AM VERY DEPRESSED*I am a Uber driver for 8yrs and a single mother of a brilliant 9yr old boy, and thanks to Team Gillman me and my son is homeless, bcuz they knowingly sold me a car where they know the engine was not good. I went into Gillman Mazda February 9th with a $40,000 offer from capital one. The sales manager sold me a 2020 Kia Optima and 6 months later the engine is overheating after they claim to fix my AC Compressor. They lied to me and told me that it was a AC issue, and after they worked on my car the engine all of sudden starts overheating and they refuse to put me in a another car even after pleading with Gregg Stegmann the General Manager. They all know I use my car for my job, and they could easily have given me another car, but told me that their mechanic did nothing wrong to cause my engine to overheat. I asked for the owner to call me, but they made sure to hide my case from him. I guess because I am black I don't get good customer service from Team Gillman.

    Patrick Clausen is an excellent sales rep. His knowledge and experience was obvious. Angel was also very good with the financing experience. The donation the dealership made to our selected charity is very much appreciated! Thank you Team Gillman.

    Called them about a 2018 F150 that was available for $29,900 on a Friday. Was told that another salesman made the sale on Friday night after I offered to put a deposit down. The next day, Saturday, I see the same truck listed for $31,900. I called about it again and was told that it sold on Saturday. They told me the truck had sold on Friday in order to raise the price on it and then sold it without telling me it was available. Needless to say, it’s a pretty shady dealership.

    Me and my wife were feeling very discouraged after leaving another dealership that had very little options for us. After doing some internet shopping, we found Team Gillman by sheer chance. The first person to greet us was Dylan, who treated us with respect and didn’t try to get the best of us. The first thing he asked us about was what kind of vehicle we wanted, not numbers or asking for a credit score. After we landed on some options the rest of the process was smooth as butter. Zero haggling and up-front pricing is all I needed to see from a dealership. We left with a vehicle that was more than our expectations and we will definitely be back. And if you make it that far, hopefully you’ll get to meet Charlie from the sales team. Great staff all around, thanks Team Gillman!
