Excellent scheduling, service writer made sure everything was explained and taken care m of, and service department performed excellent windshield replacement.

Craig, was very professional at his job. I enjoyed his personality, very helpful. Awesome guy. Looking forward working with him in the future.

Everyone encountered was engaged , transparent getting my wife's vehicle serviced and cleaned. Job well done.

I went in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was assigned to David, but I never talked to or was assisted by David. Someone else helps. I got there for a 3 PM appointment - got there at 2:30, and didn't leave until after 4pm. I watched my car from their waiting room which has a nice large glass window to see what the staff are doing. My car was entered in at 3:10 pm. I did not receive a videoclip as in the past. I doubt the technician event really looked at the remainder of the car. There is an issue I am aware of, but it wasn't noted. I wonder if they event rotated the tires.... my experience in the past is usually positive, but this last one, eh.
