Good dealership to work with. I was an out of state customer and was working with a tight schedule and needed to make a deal happen within two days. The salesman, Isacc, was very helpful in providing information and great response time. Overall great to work with. I did have some miscommunication with the finance department, as they would not reach out to me with new information regarding the deal. The finance workers also receive new screens built into the desktop of their offices which was pretty cool to work with. The only downside was they were installed a week prior to my arrival. That said, the finance guy, Cesar, was still learning the new program. I believe the new tech has great potential at creating a smooth and informative interaction once everyone learns it. Special thanks to Isacc and Cesar, two great gentleman.

Team Gillman Subaru North has changed our perspective of buying a car from a dealership. Let me say right up front, we highly recommend this dealership and our salesperson (Dylan).We were so fed up with dealerships that our last 4 cars were bought at an online dealership, but this time the online dealership just wasn't cutting it with selection, so our search was expanded to area dealerships. Team Gillman Subaru kept coming up on our searches for particular cars, and we were pleasantly surprised with the prices. When we arrived, they actually had the vehicles that they showed online (check one box). Good so far. We showed up very apprehensive, thinking we would be bombarded with salespeople, but we were able to look around on the lot until we decided we wanted help (check 2 boxes).When we came up to the main building, we were very politely greeted and met Dylan.It wasn't the what we were used to sales approach. He was willing to show us what we came to see, not steer us in what they wanted to sell. His sales questions were polite, not the "are you ready to buy" 5 minutes after we looked at the car. We appreciated his approach and knowledge. He gave us private time with no interruptions to discuss the car after a test drive and allowed us to let him know what our intentions were, and we really liked that.We were amazed when it came time for the numbers on the car. Absolutely no hundred times back and forth with a piece of paper from an unseen sales manager asking if we'll buy it at this "price" to sign it. I asked for a price, but not something ridiculous, but I felt fair (always look up the value of the car you're thinking about buying). He went to the manager to ok it, came back and we started filling out paperwork, it was that simple! The application was simple and easy (Dylan filled it out on his computer), got our rate and payment right there, and it was exactly what we needed to be at.We waited less than 15 minutes to go to the finance manager and finished signatures. The longest wait, and this is not a bad thing, was for the car to be ready to drive off the lot. They were washing the car and filled it with a tank of gas. We were done! At the longest, including us looking around at different cars and test driving, was about 2 and half hours. Of course, I compare this to only my past experiences when you spend almost your day at the dealership, and even then, it sometimes doesn't get done because of the games other dealerships play.One of the best parts, though, was actually after the sale. An issue came up with the car the very next day. I called the dealership thinking this is where they're going to get us, tell us we were on our own. But to our surprise, Dylan said, "No worries, let me get with my manager." He called us back, asked us what was a convenient day to come in, and we'll take care of the issue. Later, we had to take it back again to where they could keep the car for a couple of days, and they provided us with a loaner car! This is doing the right thing and going above and beyond.We will always recommend any friends and family to visit Team Gillman Subaru North for any new or used vehicles! (Check all the boxes on a great experience!)
